House Rules:
1. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the house and on the property. Please smoke away from the property if you are a smoker. ($1000 fine)
2. No Parties or loud Events: Parties and large gatherings of over the max people are not permitted. ($1000 fine)
3. Check-in is 4pm and Checkout is 10am. Please adhere to these times to allow for proper cleaning. If you need early check-in, please message the host and we can prioritize your early check in.
4. Check-out time Is 10am. The cleaners arrive shortly after. If guests are not out by then there will be a late check fee charged to guest for the inconvenience to the cleaners (Fine $80/hr for access mess).
5. Communication: If any issues arise during the stay, guests are encouraged to communicate promptly so that they can be addressed as quickly as possible.
6. Quiet time and respect for neighbors: Guests should be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise levels down and not blocking driveways or common areas. Please respect quiet hours between 9pm and to 8am to ensure a peaceful environment and not to disturb our neighbors.
7. Damage and Losses: Guests will be responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay. A security deposit might be collected to cover potential costs.
8. Appliance and Energy Usage: To conserve energy, please turn off lights, appliances, and the heating/cooling system when not in use.
