The space
Welcome to the entire Capitol Hill townhouse — a full 3-story home combining a spacious 2-story upper unit and a private ground-floor studio, ideal for large groups, multi-family trips, or anyone wanting shared space with built-in privacy. Sleeps 12 total, with parking included for two vehicles.

**Main Living Floor (2nd Floor)**
• Open-concept living, dining, and kitchen flooded with natural light. The living room seats 6 with a 65" TV, Apple TV, and mini split A/C.
• Sofa converts to a bed for extra sleeping space.
• The dining table expands from 4 to 6–8 seats — ideal for group meals and game nights.
• The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee grinder, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator.
• A sunny alcove features a desk workspace that converts to an extra sleeping area with a twin ottoman bed.
