*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

The host was easily communicated with and check in was a breeze. We very much enjoyed the house, the pool table and fireplace. Had just about everything we needed to cook a thanksgiving meal with a few exceptions. When we checked in there were some overlooked housekeeping items but nothing that detracted from our stay. Location near light rail was perfect. Would rate this 5 stars but the king and two twin mattresses were so hard we did not sleep any of the four nights we were there. I would not rent again because of this issue alone. If you like a firm mattress this is the rental for you.

My 3 besties and I came up for a weekend training. This place was one of the nicest places I've stayed in pn top of being affordable. The decor was beautiful and the home was welcoming. It looked better than the pictures to be honest!! The hosts were very responsive. VERY reaponsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again or any home to rent from this host.
