Picked this hotel because of the close proximity to the University hospital. Not as advertised. Hidden costs for amenities that are normally included. Two buildings; one old and original the other newer add on. Old wing needs renovation, not wheelchair friendly. You can use one entrance with a wheelchair.
Balcony rooms have no access to the balcony as doors are locked. Rooms are small in the old wing. No breakfast, no cupcakes. In the end you pay for the “comp” arrival drink in a can.
Front staff is stoic not very friendly or accommodating. We traveled all the way from central OR by car and a couple of us were very tired and they seemed annoyed when we didn’t know to use the key card for the elevator. Everything is locked down like the place is in Gary, IN. How safe is the neighborhood?
Overall, there are so many choices for lodging in Seattle, we will not return.
