We had a blast! Lovely property, and plenty of space for everyone to have fun and be comfortable. The house was very clean and tidy, and everything was ready when we needed it. The area is great too, so many fun things to do! Thanks for a great time!

The biggest issue was mouse poop in the kitchen cabinets and cookware. I communicated this to the property manager in response to a text from him and he NEVER replied to my text. This was a health hazard and was reported immediately but nobody came to clean it up for the whole stay. This was after also working with an agent to get fans to help rid the house of heavy smoke smell the day of check in. The fans were delivered via door dash but the cleaning issue was completely ignored. It was like a dark cloud over our whole vacation and we never felt comfortable using the kitchen.

I hosted a family reunion and needed a place for some of the family to stay close by. This place looked beautiful and I was excited for them to stay there.....Worst check in process I have experienced when renting a home! The email gave the wrong code to get in (it was off by one digit come to find out). Thankfully we were able to call Vacasa and they gave us a contractors box code, but then IT DIDN'T WORK. My extended family headed to the home around 10pm and it was pitch black out with no exterior lights, at all! Not very welcoming. Low and behold there were 2 contracts boxes so I had to call Vacasa again and finally we were able to get a code to get into the home. The main floor definiltey has a slight smell of cigarette smoke, but my family was able to look past that and enjoyed their stay! Then the next day they realized they couldn't find any toilet paper in the home! They opened every cabinet, closet etc. that they could and there was ZERO toilet paper....not ok. I had them bring some rolls from my personal home.....finally on the last day as they were checking out they instructions said to start a load of towels and there was ZERO detergent anywhere. Long story short when you pay for a home for a weekend you expect better. The home is lovely with nice updates, but I am sad to report there were some large and minor things that really should not have happened.

The place was great and clean. Lots of space. The only thing we would have loved more information toward Wi-Fi and perhaps surrounding area. A book with the process would have been great so we didn’t have to keep going to email. Also we could not locate the remote to TV. Other than that the place was beautiful, clean, quiet, great location, and super fun!

The property was beautiful and very spacious fir the 5 of us. Great location with pharmacy, grocery store and coffee shop minutes away. Plenty of restaurants and wineries/breweries close by. Home was very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

This beautiful property was the perfect quiet place to connect with family, share stories and prepare meals in their beautiful kitchen. Super close to a grocery store on the corner of the neighborhood, but felt like you were in the middle of a forest all to your self.

After changing plans over and over for our wedding due to COVID, we finally decided to elope and rent a vacation house to stay in the night before and night of our wedding. We were a little nervous traveling during COVID but the cleaning procedures and overall state of the house were EXCEPTIONAL! The property was AMAZING and Silke our property manager was amazing from first contact! She was so quick with communication, gave easy and precise instructions for our stay (check in/check out) and was so sweet to us during such an important weekend. It was relaxing, the master bed was so so comfortable and we had everything we needed. It was just too bad that the weather was so awful that we couldn't enjoy the beautiful back deck and the firepit in the back yard. Thank goodness for the huge dining room table that comfortably seated our families as we enjoyed dinner following our nuptials. We can't wait to book this home again sometime during the summer when the weather is better! This is a MUST STAY property if you want privacy and relaxation!

For a place that advertises as being able to house 7 people, the internet was obnoxiously slow. The home was clean and nice. The floors were really loud/squeeky. I thought the kitchen was missing some things like steak knives for a family and the wine bottle opener was old and pushed the corks into the bottle. The listing did not include the rules we needed to follow prior to renting (which were in 2 different emails) included no shoes in the house and the extra care the marble countertop took. We thought it was odd there was a car in the garage. It was a beautiful home, but some weird quirks.

I came with a group of girlfriends to celebrate my birthday and enjoy time together at the house and in Woodinville. We loved the house, where we were able to comfortably prepare and eat meals in the kitchen and dining room, play games in the living areas, have a cozy campfire outside, and sleep soundly in the bedrooms. Everything was well-maintained and well-appointed. We cooked successfully in the very nice kitchen, and there were plenty of towels and other necessary items throughout the home. The property manager was very responsive to emails, and she gave me all the information we needed for an easy entry and stay. I would recommend the property to people who want a nice place to stay within an easy drive of the wineries and other attractions of Woodinville.

The location was quiet with plenty of community space for our party of 7, including some other family members who came over for dinner. There was adequate cutlery and cooking utensils. The rooms were quiet from outside noise, but you can hear other guests in other rooms. The fire pit outside was a lovely added touch, and we used it for s'mores. However, the place was not clean, and not well-prepared for our visit. A list of the following issues: 1. The charge for cleaning was too high for the poor quality of cleanliness. There were many cupboards that were dirty, especially where dishes were kept. 2. The garage was very dirty 3. The place needs to be fumigated. There were spiders all over the house, and a few of us were bitten. 4. There was no extra toilet paper. 5. The air intake vent in the kitchen was greasy and dirty. 6. The outside lights did not work. 7. The Weber BBQ was dirty with uncooked food

The house was very spacious we had a family of 8 and it was very spacious for all of us. The location was perfect very woodsy area away from the commotion of the big cities but still close enough for a day in Seattle. The back yard area was nice we were able to play games and brought our own firewood to have a fire at night and have s’mores. Would stay again very nice

Eight of us stayed here to make preparations for our daughter's wedding at a church two miles away. The property was ideal and is simply gorgeous inside and out. The " backyard" is like a campground in a beautiful location. I can't imagine any other air B&B more wonderful than this one.

Our family stayed here while we attended a family wedding in Woodinville. The house was very nice and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. I would recommend this home, the setting was beautiful and very private.

We stayed at this Woodinville home during our daughters wedding weekend. The amenities exeeded all my expectations. The owner was quick to respond, courteous and thorough. The grounds of the home was a perfect forest like setting with beautiful flowering shrubs which turned out to be a lovely background for photos of the bride and her bridesmaids. The home was comfortable, clean, modern yet still had a cozy feeling. The neighborhood was quiet, yet close enough to the wineries and stores we needed. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

A great house to hang out and enjoy the woods of Washington. Our family came to Bothel for a funeral and we loved this gem in the woods. Very clean and comfortable beds. The owner was very nice and had clear instructions for everything. Thank you for giving us some great family time. The Dooley's.
