  • Carriage house on a private lane in downtown Kirkland. You will love the privacy and quiet in this lovely 1 bedroom apartment. All the comforts of home greet you. Luxury linens, fully stocked kitchen, air conditioning, and many more details designed to make your stay comfortable. Take a walk to downtown Kirkland, Carillon Point, or Juanita Beach. Bike ride or jog the Cross Kirkland Corridor. Grill an amazing meal on your private deck. We are within minutes of wine tasting or concerts at the Chateau in Woodinville. And a short drive or Uber ride to Seattle. Come stay and enjoy all that Kirkland has to offer. If you are needing a 2nd bedroom we have a small 1 bedroom apartment next door under VRBO Listing #444653. (Calendar blocked for only use with the Carriage House). The exterior patios are wonderful for outdoor dining, socializing with each couple having their own space. You are welcome to contact us directly if you would like to book both.

Staycation in Kirkland

Our stay at the carriage house was very comfortable, relaxing and I felt a bit pampered. The location is very quiet but easy to get to downtown or trails for walking and biking. I would recommend Rick and Jill’s little gem.

We had a perfect stay at this lovely spot in a tree- filled and quiet neighborhood. Spotless and totally equipped with everything that you could want. Excellent and kind communication with the hosts. Comfortable bed. Couldn’t ask for more!

Comfortable Place in Kirkland Area

Lovely rental unit. It is well stocked with all the necessities. The hosts are helpful. The rental unit is in a quiet neighborhood. I wish it was closer to downtown Kirkland. The unit is still walking distance and a very easy drive to town.

Cozy, quiet - perfect

We stayed for three weeks and have already planned to return for another three weeks in the Fall. My husband is in treatment for cancer and appreciated the comfort of this property. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, has lots of light and is just a perfect place to cozy up after a day at Fred Hutchinson. Jill and Rick are very responsive and kind.

Exceeded all expectations!

My best friend and I stayed for a concert and girls weekend, and we couldn't have asked for a better home base. The carriage house is lovely, updated, and extremely well-appointed - we had everything we needed and more. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is downright luxurious. The hosts left an exhaustive list of recommendations and highlights, which definitely came in handy. Communication was easy and clear, and the location made it possible for us to enjoy the concert and some winery visits without having to rent a car. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for excellent hospitality!

Everything about this house is nicely and absolutely done. The hosts went above and beyond to provide the best and comfortable experience from a lovely updated design, furniture, bed coverings, heated bathroom floor, an abundance of kitchen and bathroom items. Whatever you needed, you will find it there. Kirkland is a wonderful safe and quiet city. The location was perfect to visit friends in the area, go to work in Redmond and do some shopping. Highly recommend the carriage house and we will be looking forward to book again.

Wonderful oasis in Seattle

This was THE PERFECT place for me to stay while I was in town moving my daughter out of UW for the year. It was immaculate, had the comfiest bed, beautifully decorated and wonderful amenities. Laundry was easy to use (I did a few loads before putting clothes in storage for my UW Husky student). Location was close to campus (20 min) but out of the chaos and Kirkland is such a nice area! Host was fantastic - even provided a couple snacks and beverages which were a life saver when my flight was delayed and I didn’t get in until after midnight! Cannot say enough positive things about this rental- OUTSTANDING!!
