    Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the home. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period.



    MINIMUM AGE:

    Guests named on the reservation must be 21 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.



    CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:

    Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.

Everything was perfect including the kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The best part was the scenic balcony. Everything was clean and tidy. Amazing experience all around.

Great property, beautiful view, classic design, and private parking on Queen Anne Hill. Life long Puget Sound resident and we needed a place close to family for Thanksgiving and this spot was perfect. The kitchen is so well equipped it felt like we should have been hosting the dinner.The downstairs was perfectly equipped for our 14 year old to have his own space to game while we took the upstairs.The location is great with nice views of Ballard and the ship canal, and it has easy access to Interbay.We'd definitely stay here again!

The host was very responsive and the area quiet. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and worth 5 stars. However the rest of the house is incredibly dated. The furniture a mis match of random pieces and the mattresses are hard as a rock. The walls were in desperate need of being painted, carpet old and stained. Many light bulbs were out. The outside of the property was completely dark except for the front porch making it difficult to see at night.
