    Welcome to your bright and comfortable two-bedroom bungalow in North Seattle. This well-appointed home offers privacy, convenience, and everything you need for a relaxed stay.

    The nearby light rail line makes traveling to downtown easy! Just a 10 minute (0.5 mile) walk through Northacres Park to Pinehurst Station.

    Northgate Light Rail Station is a 20-minute walk or short drive

    Pinehurst Light Rail Station is scheduled to open Sept 30th 2026 and is an approximately 10-minute walk through the park.

    Walking distance to Northacres Park (including the dog park) and UW Medical Center – Northwest

    Many restaurants, cafés, and shops within one mile

    Tesla Supercharger located one mile away at Northgate Station


    PROPERTY LAYOUT AND NOTES

    Guests have the entire original 1,000-square-foot bungalow to themselves. My own home is an attached modern unit located behind the bungalow. The entrance to my home is through the backyard, so you may occasionally see me walking through the front yard briefly. The bungalow and front yard are fully private for your stay.

    Outdoor security cameras are installed on the roof and face the street for safety.


    AIRPORT SHUTTLE

    Airport shuttle service is available for an additional fee with 24 hours advance notice, depending on scheduling. Please contact me for availability and details.

My family and I had a wonderful, restful vacation at the Bungalow. Great fenced yard for my apartment dog to get to enjoy some off-lead time, air conditioning, and great energy in the space. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful garden, wonderful host, pristine accommodations and a great location! Cole was very responsive and an incredibly gracious host. Will definitely be staying here again.

We had a great stay and the host was very welcoming with great recommendations. The house was less than a mile from the lite rail which made transportation around the city easy and fun.Highly recommend if you are looking for a cozy stay with easy access to various areas of Seattle. Thanks again!

I greatly enjoyed my stay. The home was well-appointed, comfortable, and clean. The location to NW Hospital was optimal and provided an easier day for treatments and relaxation. The garden is beautiful and quiet, as well. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time! The space was perfect for our group! Close to the light rail to get downtown. Easy to get in & out of. Our host was very communicative. The decor was cool and the landscaping is beautiful! We loved all of the little details and would totally come again!!!

We had an amazing stay at Cole’s place - it was perfect for our work needs and also accommodating for our elderly parents. Cole was such a nice host - always super helpful and responsive. We will be back!

We loved this place! Communication with the host was excellent. Everything was really clean and thoughtful. The location is perfect to jump on I-5 or take the light rail. Having use of the hot tub after a long day of adventures was really nice. We had 4 people and it was a good amount of space for our group. There was a designated parking spot right in front of the house, it was super convenient. We’re grateful we found this place, we would definitely stay here again!

The house had such beautiful decorations and everything was super clean! The neighborhood also felt safe and was walkable to restaurants. Plus check in and check out were both super easy. Would definitely want to stay here again!
