Great location! It was very easy to get everywhere we wanted to go on foot. Clean and welcoming condo. One disappointment - the hot tub was out of order. Otherwise it was perfect!

Everything as expected!

It was easy, affordable, great amenities, and location. Courtyard area was really nice. We went to the pool and hot tub. Walked everywhere since it was near everything. The person that checked us in was great and explained things perfectly. Will hope to book again!

Great place, great location!

We loved this apartment and the comfort and convenience it offered us. Being able to cook our own meals while on vacation was such a luxury. The unit was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location is perfect for walking to many of the Seattle attractions; such as the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, the Seattle Aquarium, etc. The staff was super friendly and helpful. A very positive experience, and I would not hesitate to return next time I am in Seattle.

Great location and good for dogs

We had a great time in Seattle and our apartment was within walking distance to Pike Place, Space Needle, Ferris Wheel, Wings Over Washington, and so many great restaurants and shops. The apartment is good for dogs and clean.

Broken bed

As we arrived at the hotel everything looks okay and clean but when we are ready to sleep the bed was broken. That was really terrible. A property management should always check this kind of thing before another customer comes in. But we got another bed frame for next stay.

Good stay - family with 2 kids

Location was great. Walkable distance yo pikes place and the waterfront. Have some good restaurant choices and a small grocery store just a few minutes away. The apartment was clean and advertised. Some minor blemishes and wear and tear bur nothing glaring. The bedroom has an ac unit but the living room just had fans. Was not a problem for us. You can hear the city noise but that comes with the location. It was not a huge deal but if you are a light sleeper heads up. You do get a nice covered garage parking. Overall felt safe and would recommend if you are visiring seattle

Communication was poor with Vacasa. Stock email replies did not answer questions. Key check in details were provided only 24h before arrival. Incorrect access code was given. Had to take a tour of building to be able to get in the unit. Was not approved for 30 min late check out - which was 10:00 am - an hour earlier than a standard hotel. I will make sure rentals through VRBO are not actually a listing with Vacasa. Cumbersome and difficult!

Not as advertised

The location and other amenities were good but the unit is not as nice as the pictures. Needs a lot of maintenance (patio blinds falling off daily, holes in furniture and walls, missing Formica on counter, big areas missing paint). Also, a lot of towels missing(no way to wash dishes/counter, 2 washcloths for 4 people), ran out of toilet paper, hair in drawers. Would not recommend this unit.

Convenient but outdated

Great location and nice to have amenities (pool, hot tub, gym, etc.). The place itself is outdated and poorly maintained. If you care to stay in a modern place without visible wear and tear, this isn’t it. Photos aren’t accurate. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep like we were, it works fine. Check-in was a hassle because we had to coordinate with someone to get into the garage and then walk up to the unit to get the keys. It’s close to the water and pikes place, so pros and cons.

Location location location

This apartment in Belltown was perfect for our short Seattle trip. It’s within walking distance of all the tourist attractions, great restaurants and bars. The apartment was clean and well stocked. I loved that it had a indoor pool, secured entry, in suite washer/dryer, a rooftop terrace, and most importantly, a parking stall!!!! The apartment no longer has the white couch shown in the picture which I was actually very happy about due to the fact that our 5 year old was with us, and he can be messy. The only thing I didn’t like was that there wasn’t a deadbolt or secondary lock on the door. If I were on vacation by myself, I wouldn’t feel so safe. It would be great for the owners to add this, IMO. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Really enjoyed the place. Great location and piece of mind.

Loved the stay. Its a gated location so getting in was a little bit if a challenge. But the staff were very responsive to my questions. I would go again. Great parking, no noise, a few blocks from the market and the needle. Loved the kitchen.

It's a nice space

Have realistic expectations and you won't be disappointed. The check in process was a pain but the unit was clean and comfortable. The bed was great. My only complaint it The front door, which has no deadbolt, and the door handle literally came off in my hand. There's a draft at the door so I could hear everything and didn't feel the safest. Other than that, it was a nice unit, all appliances worked, and the parking and location was good! All communication with the property managers was positive.

Great location, needs cleaning and new paint

Love the neighborhood, restaurants, and walkability to Pikes Market and concert venue. Our unit was not clean when we arrived. Cleaner came the next day but couldn't do anything about the carpet that needed shampooing or the wall that had dirty streak marks. I would stay at Belltown Court again but would try a different unit.

It was ok

When we arrived at the condo - we could tell the carpet was not vacuumed, the bathroom was not wiped down — because someone else’s hair was in the bathroom shower. And, someone else’s hair was in the bed. That said, obviously the sheets were not clean. We had a used sponge to wash our dishes - the cleanliness of the condo was disappointing. However, I called reported the issue — and the manager came with new sheets and wiped down the bathroom. He was very sorry for what happened and was trying to correct the problem. The location was great, the manager and customer service was wonderful. The bed was too hard for my liking.

Location was good, kitchen countertop and snack counter were chipped, carpet in bedroom was stained. Apartment contact person Doug, was annoyed with us during check in, we arrived in the evening, approximately at time we had stated. I would not stay here again.

All about the location

We loved staying in this condo. The location was perfect and walkable to so many sights and restaurants. It was clean and as advertised. My only criticism might be to update the living room picture on the ad as the white couch is not in the condo. I say that only because I almost passed up renting the condo due to the white couch. The condo comes with a parking space which was secure and convenient. Property managers were friendly and easy to work with. Even though the condo is in the city, it was so quiet and peaceful at night. Dish soap, detergent, paper towels, etc are provided which is extremely helpful and appreciated. We would love to come back to Seattle and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

Perfectly located…close to all the Seattle sites - and great restaurants. Complex is nicely managed - very clean and secure. Condo could use some TCL but is very functional and super comfortable. Nicely outfitted with all that is needed.

I’m from Seattle. Great location. Super convenient. Parking amazing. Lots of options in the area within walking distance. Pool is a fun plus. Quiet. The bed is too soft for my liking and the bathroom shower should be updated (although it is normal American Standard). I recommend it.
