The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 1045 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with no step at the entrance. The townhome complex is located off to a side street away from the main road, ensuring a quiet stay.

**Additional Info About the Home** • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. • Please note that the 2nd floor bedroom does not have an AC, but it usually doesn't get hot. • Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. We provide a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking. Do note that Capitol Hill is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available directly across the street from the townhome complex for a guaranteed spot.
**Other things to note** • Doorbell Camera is present at the front door.
**About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing** • The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests. • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

This property is really nice. Exactly as presented in their listing. The management was very responsive when I had inquiries.The location is within walking of many great food and espresso options. French Guys bakery and espresso is especially wonderful. I would certainly rent this unit again

Great location, its quiet and close to great restaurants and the Capital Hill light rail station. The hosts provide a parking pass for the neighborhood but tou really dont need a car. The light rail is less than a 10 minute walk. If your flying into SeaTac you can take the rail to the house. Its about a 30 minute ride.

Convenient Location, But Did Not Quite Meet Our Expectations.
The stay was okay overall, but there were several issues that made the experience less enjoyable than expected. The check-in process was frustrating—we hadn’t received any instructions ahead of time and had to reach out multiple times. It wasn’t until we were standing outside late at night in the freezing cold that the host finally sent the code to get in.Once inside, the space looked a bit smaller than it did in the photos and had a slight odor. Some appliances weren’t working properly, and there was noticeable dust, as if the place hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly in a while. Surprisingly, the bathroom shower was a highlight—we genuinely loved it.Parking was another headache. The instructions given were vague and confusing, and we ended up having to pay an extra 100 for overnight parking. On the bright side, the grocery store nearby was convenient. However, we found leftover, half-eaten ice cream in the freezer, which was off-putting and had to be thrown out.In short, the place had potential, but between the poor communication, cleanliness concerns, and confusing parking situation, it didn’t quite meet our expectations.
