Home away from Home!

Very clean. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need including a coffee bar. Comfortable beds and linens. We were very pleased with everything provided. Plenty of parking, room to sit outside, completely private and fenced. Ample parking on the street. Walking trails and great restaurants near by. We appreciated that it was pet friendly also! Hosts were responsive and kind.

Great stay for our niece’s graduation!

The site was great, loved the kitchen- awesome gas stove. I was in a cook’s heaven. The yard-patio space was very pleasant. We would stay here again. Oh…..and the showers rock!!!

Perfect home away from home

This was the perfect vacation accommodation. It was modern, well appointed, clean and the owners were lovely and made sure we were comfortable. They provided so many perks, that made daily life easy. It was in a really safe area and only about 30 minutes from downtown Seattle. I highly recommend this VRBO for families or if travelling for work. We would stay there again if we go back.

Beautiful Property with Incredible Hosts

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I visited with my one-year old son and his grandparents and we had a lovely time. The property is impeccable and Leila and Paul are incredible hosts. They are so thoughtful and accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property. We can't wait to visit again!

Best VRBO experience ever

Everything about this place is just awesome. It's the most well-appointed vacation rental I've ever stayed in over the last 10 years and the hosts are so incredibly nice and accommodating there will be nothing you would ever want for. The apartment is incredibly clean and comfortable, and as a downstairs unit, you still felt like you had total privacy. I was staying with a couple of dogs, and we really enjoyed walks in the neighborhood and nearby trails too. Excellent location close to everything in Redmond.

Comfortable, updated, and conveniently located

We really enjoyed our stay here! This 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment is comfortable, clean, spacious, and nicely appointed (loved the rainhead showers and heated tiles in the bathrooms!). The home owners, who live on the property, were attentive while still allowing for ample privacy. They made sure we had everything we requested, like extra blankets and scent-free products, and even offered to pick up anything we needed when it snowed and the roads were icy. We would absolutely stay here again!

Simply FABULOUS

This was the best we ever stayed at. Lelia and Paul were so helpful and kind. The unit was stocked perfectly. If I could I would rate it a 10PLUS. We will return again and referred our relatives to use them too.

Beyond excellent

From the moment I booked this property communication was excellent, down to the detail of what type of snacks we wanted, did we want bean or ground coffee, etc. The place was beautiful, clean, and private. Every detail was thought of, like heated towel racks, choice of pillow firmness, and very comfortable beds. I would give this place an 11 out of 10!!!

Perfect Place for our Visit

The property owner was so thoughtful and caring. She checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We were welcomed with a lovely cheese and cracker tray & wine & a vast assortment of teas & coffees. Every TV channel & app is available along with a beautiful porch & cozy environment. A great assortment of cooking utensils is provided. I would definitely recommend this amazing home in a great neighborhood for your next stay!

Perfect rental for short or long stay. Pet Friendly!

I highly recommend this VRBO. It was super clean and updated. It was stocked with every kitchen appliance you could possibly want and full-sized W/D. It's very quiet and private in a great location that's close to downtown Redmond, Kirkland and Bellevue. The owners are an absolute delight and extremely helpful, friendly and gracious. If there was anything we needed, they responded quickly. We stayed for several weeks while our house was being remodeled and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Relaxing Retreat

My family came to Redmond to visit our daughter in college. We wanted a place that felt like home, so I could cook for her and catch her up on her laundry. It was beyond what I expected. The kitchen is fully equipped and the home is immaculate. The hosts were so kind and excellent in communication and detail. They reached out before to find out about our favorite treats so they could be waiting for us. We have already booked another stay!

Fantastic stay!

This place is a gem. Spotless and beautiful interior. Large outdoor space is peaceful and relaxing. The hosts went out of their way to accommodate us. Our flight was delayed 12 hours and, despite arriving at 1:30 am, Leila greeted us at the gate to make sure we did not have any problems settling in. They also provided a welcome basket of delicious wine and cheese, along with coffee, milk, fresh fruit and breakfast food so we could relax our first morning after the late arrival. We would give this place 6 stars if we could!

Beautiful Redmond home

From the moment I got the welcome email from Lelia our host I felt like friend. So warm and engaging. Welcome cheese tray and bottle of Sharuz was a pleasant surprise. Detailed house guide. And you seriously lacked for nothing Beds, linen, towels. All tonotched Heated towel racks and floors in bathrooms The backyard area is so serene great for afternoon coffee, drip k-cup, nespresso, this has it all Close to local markets. Costco target Easy access to freeway to get into downtown Seattle. We were up in area for family area this more than met our expectations Thanks again Lelia and Paul for for gracious hospitality

This property has everything you. Can think of for being at home. Everything from a erak different coffee makers to any appliance or cooking implement you can think of. The safety from the outside ring and double gates to fire detectors and first aid kits. These property managers are nice and kind! Anything you need and it’s there they have thought of everything! To find such a dream home that lets your dog stay with you (fully fenced yard with beauty and covered patio) is a miracle!!! I can emphasize enough how wonderful the whole experience was for our family.

Wow, this stay was amazing!!!!!!

This has been our best Vrbo experience yet! The place is super clean, everything is new. The owners thought of everything. Leila and Paul live on the property and are super helpful and responsive. They know how to give you privacy, make you feel welcome, and are very generous hosts. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is close to everything if you have a car. Both beds and bathrooms are wonderful. I cannot recommend this place any higher. Checking in was easy all the info was provided in advance. I also had an email from the owners offering self check in or they were willing to meet us and provide a tour and ensure we were familiar with everything. Street parking is plentiful and easy so no worries there. We will be back and if you're lucky enough to find availability here do not hesitate, book it, you will not regret it! Our only regret would be if the place is unavailable on our next trip.

A great place for a short- or long term- stay!

We stayed here for several months after relocating from San Diego for work, while we looked for a new home. Leila and Paul were great hosts- they were responsive, arranged for regular cleaning, and even helped with our mail since we were staying for such a long time! Any issues we had were promptly resolved, and they kept us up-to-date on their progress as they worked on any fixes. We would highly recommend for families, couples, or single travelers- location is ideal, with downtown Redmond a little more than a mile away, several parks and playgrounds within walking distance, and a quiet setting if you just want to stay home. There is also a fenced-in backyard for your pet if needed!

Wonderful experience

Our stay at this property was so wonderful. We were contacted by the owners prior to our arrival to ask if we had any coffee or tea preferences - both were at the coffee bar on our arrival !! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could want including large serving pieces . The toaster oven and toaster on the coffee bar completed our morning breakfast. The primary bathroom has a shower to die for - also radiant heated floors in both bathrooms !! I can't say enough about Paul & Leila - they are very gracious hosts

We highly recommend staying here! The property is lovely, modern, clean, and tranquil. The hosts went out of their way to ensure we felt welcomed with little extras that felt huge for a vacation rental. We had such a lovely time and hope to return.

Oasis of tranquility

We stayed over Thanksgiving and holidays are hectic, but Leila and Paul created a beautiful tranquil home, away from home. It was spotless, comfortable and wonderfully appointed with every convenience. Leila and Paul were truly lovely. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit our son.

Wonderful Stay at Wabisabi

I had a wonderful two week stay at this property. Property was tastefully decorated and furnished with everything I needed. Leila and Paul made sure I felt at home and the coffee bar was amazing! Every evening I felt like I was coming “home” instead of just a place to stay for the trip.
