First room blinds were broken, 2nd room faced alley with lots of lights and truck noise all night long. Terrible!

My room wasn't made once, I didn't have soap for 3 days, I had to go down the front desk my self to get toilet paper, water from the shower runs out continously, the hotel is made for instagram photos so if what you are looking for is a mediocre service with great pictures and location, this is your spot, if you like to have minimum service requirements met... then, run away from this place cause its not cheap and the basics are not even covered.

I'm sorry to hear you had troubles during your stay especially if your room was never made up. We do stayover service everyday unless there is a Do not disturb sign up so I am sorry to hear this didn't happen. I will be sure to follow up with my housekeeping supervisor about this.

We had a great time at the PaliHotel. Restaurant and bar were great, front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

We loved our stay! Our room was very cute, clean, comfy! Very interesting and retro. A short walk from the Clipper with suitcases. Close to Pike Place market and amazing restaurants

This hotel was centrally located. Literally steps from the Pike Place Market. Location-wise, you cannot beat this place, its close to everything! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The lobby area has a really nice lounge that I used to get some work done, outside of my room. Now the rooms are for sure on the smaller side, hence the 4 starts instead of 5. Nevertheless I'd come back to Palihotel.

If you're planning on doing mostly walking, this is a great location. Steps away from Pike Place, 20-minute walk from the Space Needle, lots of food / shopping options near-by, great place to stay to see the downtown area. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is really quirky and it was a cool stay. Obviously it's right downtown in a big city, so its not quiet (yay 5am garbage trucks) and I did wish the kitchen in the restaurant was open a little later. But overall it was a great "home base" to explore from and I would absolutely stay again.

Pros: super friendly staff, cute hotel, attached restaurant is very good, across the street from Pike Place Market Cons: so many homeless people using drugs around the hotel, parking is about 2 blocks away (and $30/day)- very shady and tons of homeless around that area as well, rooms are very dark with dim lighting, making it hard to do hair/ make up, everything is incredibly expensive— the water in the room for you is $13 a bottle! And they don’t offer free water. Recommend going to target around the corner or HMart across the street.

Very nice boutique hotel, close To the market. Only issue was no bathroom storage area and very low water pressure. Cute decor and nice restaurant though. Front desk staff very nice.

The property was very well located. The dining room was awesome!!! Ate breakfast twice there. The rooms were really quaint. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The staff were super kind- especially the ladies at the hart and hunter. I am so appreciative to be able to check in early - bags were killer. The room and city view was a neat experience.

The aesthetic of the hotel is visually pleasing and the vibe is very Wes Anderson. This hotel would be more comfortably suitable for travelers in their twenties. The room felt like we’re staying in an apartment from an episode of Law and Order; very dark and old building feeling. The mini bar had an amazing selection or snacks and drinks and they use Dipyque products. They do not provide free water in the room (the water in the room costs $15) this would not have been a problem had they had a water dispenser/fill station. When we asked for water, the front desk attendant said they didn’t have any. The bed was not comfortable and it’s pretty loud at night. We were also alarmed when the housekeeper opened our door in the morning. Overall, stay here if you want to do a photo shoot with the decor but if you’re looking for comfort, skip.

Great design and good price. Good service at front desk. Clean. Good central location. Rooms are not soundproofed at all, could hear TV and people coughing the next room over, and plumbing sounds. Enjoyed my stay but soundproofing is definitely an issue for me.

The location of this hotel is great. We walked to the space needle to museums. It’s a black from pikes marketplace. We walked and walked and walked. The hotel was greatly decorated at first I liked the dark green in our room but during the week I’m an older woman and the dark green was hard to see when waking up.

OMG I loved everything about staying here! The staff is wonderful. The style of the Pali Hotel is just beautiful. It was really fun. And the restaurant has really good food. Definitely recommend the corned beef hash breakfast. And absolutely The Best Biscuits Ever!

This is my third visit to the Palihotel hotel. The staff is super friendly and professional, the rooms are spacious, well, equipped, and very comfortable. You can’t beat the location as it’s right next to pikes Place market and all the surrounding shopping and restaurants. I think with any hotel in this area I can be a bit noisy with traffic, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. I highly recommend Palihotel .

Perfect if you want the best access to Pike Place. A few seconds away. Friendly staff. Parking price is in line with large cities. A convenient Target is only a block away. Easy walk to pioneer square. Elevated train to MoPop and Space Needle a few blocks away and a fun ride. Walk to the sculpture garden from there. Truly incredible location. If you are ferrying to Bainbridge it’s super close also. Pro tip: the mini doughnut place in Pike Place is a do not miss. Cutters on the water for a nice dinner was exceptional with excellent service.

The place looks amazing. Is a really cute hotel. The bed was comfortable and the decoration was really cozy. But, for my surprise, the room was dusty and the table In the room had marks all over it. The people In front desk looked they didn’t want to be there. They charged me.$100 deposit per night that I wasn’t adviced in advance( there is not information in Expedia or the website) not in arrival. I got told about it when I questioned them after I checked my bank account. The cleaners were really noisy. At 8:30 am were yelling to each other in the corridor, I have to asked them To turn it down as people were sleeping. Not too professional.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bar was a great atomsphere and fantastic downtown location. Lack of valet parking was the inly sraw back.
