    For stays longer than 10 days, we require a mid-stay home cleaning for an additional $150. For stays longer than 20 days, we will require two mid-stay home cleanings for $150/each.

    **Additional Important Details**
    • The owner lists the townhome while away and stores personal belongings in locked areas. As a result, access is restricted to the freezer, garage, third bedroom/office, and primary bedroom closet, which are used for personal storage.
    • The home is next to a high school. During peak hours it will take time to get in and out so plan accordingly.
    • The water heater is tankless and takes a few moments to heat up.
    • This dwelling is a townhome and is not designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities. Guests should be comfortable with staircases, as there are multiple levels. Refer to the above description for the detailed layout by floor.
    • While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times.

    **House Rules**
    • Absolutely NO parties or events (resulting in a $500 fine), adhere to quiet hours between 10pm-8am, refrain from smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, refrain from engaging in digital piracy, and kindly remove shoes before entering the home.
    • NO pets allowed. Failure to adhere to our pet free space will result in a $500 fine.
