Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire upper unit. There is a common pathway for the building, but the entrance door to this upper unit is private and only for this unit. The upper unit and lower unit of this townhome are completely separated from each other and only have access to their own respective space.

Please note: We no longer have dedicated parking for this unit, our apologies. You can usually find available spots to park right on the hill; otherwise you’ll need to find street parking.
Other things to note
Please note that the home is located on a hill that is quite steep.

Also please note that the townhome is in a building with common walls so sounds from the other units can sometimes be heard.
