The Neighborhood: The area is primarily residential, but a grocery store, brew pub, cafés, restaurants, and the Beacon Hill Light Rail station are all within walking distance (about 12 minutes). A public park with a playground, tennis courts, and a basketball court can be found directly across the street.
Getting Around: If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that there is a one free parking spot and there is also free street parking space. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home.

AC Disclosure: 1 portable AC on 1st floor bedroom. 2 window ACs in the other 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor. No other AC but only tower fans in the living room. *. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. *. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm. *. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500. *. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hours after 9pm. If our guests violate the rules and our neighbors complain, the reservation will be cancelled immediately and security deposit will be forfeited.

Great stay!
We really enjoyed this as home base for our family trip to Seattle! Loved the code pad on the door which meant we didn't have to manage keys and the property manager was quick to reply on email.

It was a perfect location for our family of 5 (teens to grandparents). The owners were very responsive to our needs and fixed/replaced our house issues timely. We were glad there was parking at the back of the house although it was tight with a full size SUV.

Great central location
Accommodation was nice, check in was easy. The unit is 3 floors, so lots of steps. Central location, easy to take the bus. Nice vibes. Very close to a park with a nice playground

Seattle Children's Hospital
We were in Seattle to visit our newborn grandson who, due to a medical condition, was in the NICU of Seattle Children's Hospital. Really, the only complaint that we had was the difficulty in finding parking. Yes, the unit has one dedicated parking space but we had three vehicles which made it difficult to find on street parking at times.

Disappointing Considering Price and Description
The property was fairly dirty and difficult to find parking. You can hear airplanes landing every 3-4 minutes, so everyone's sleep was impacted. It's a 3 bedroom rental, but there isn't enough seating in the shared areas/living room for everyone to sit.
