    PET FEE: We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Our home welcomes pets for an additional $80 fee per pet.
    NO SMOKING: Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal.

As others have said, this is a beautiful townhouse with everything you need. We enjoyed some of the games and were thankful for the snacks and kitchen items provided. Parking is very easy and it was close to University of Washington. The host was very responsive with an AC glitch we experienced. Five stars in every category!

The location is great for being close enough to the city, but being able to find parking when your ready to call it a day. My legs were stronger with the three flights of stairs. The house was equipped with almost everything you would need.

We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous bnb. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect. We were right off of the Burke Gilman trail and minutes from the UW campus. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Location is just a few blocks away from Seattle Children's Hospital. We come down regularly and have stayed at this location twice now. Will look to rent again for next trip. Markets and shopping within close proximity along with the park right across the street. Everything is provided for a few nights stay. Host is great at communicating before, during and after.

Great location to UW and U Village

Great stay! Super clean and well stocked property. Excellent communication with the host throughout the stay. Would recommend for small families and definitely would stay again.

Perfect for a college visit

We enjoyed the convenient location as we visited Seattle to tour the University of Washington. The house was clean and the accommodations were comfortable for our family of5.

The property was just one block from Seattle Children's Hospital making it very convenient for appointments. There was a nice separation from the living room and bedrooms that allows for resting quietly.

Very comfortable home with a great kitchen and eating area. It has a lot of stairs, if that is an issue for you, but we didn't mind it. Also, it's on a busy street, but you don't hear the traffic noise much. We liked that there's a wonderful grocery store within an easy walk.

A lovely home in a nice neighborhood. The house was clean and we appreciated the little touches like the coffee machine and snacks. The refrigerator and kitchen were perfect for our family with young kids.
