We stayed in the Sandpoint home for a week. The home is well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and stocked with all the necessities. The internet worked well throughout the entire home. The bedrooms are comfortable. Our son stayed 1 night on the pull out sleeper and he was very comfortable. The unit is on a busy street, but this did not impact us at all. There are bike and walking trails close by and a wonderful playground across the street for children. The location is terrific. The home has great access to all the major roads ( 520, I 5 I 405). It is also very close to Children's Hospital, & UW. Overall this was a comfortable stay and a very good experience.

The location is great for being close enough to the city, but being able to find parking when your ready to call it a day. My legs were stronger with the three flights of stairs. The house was equipped with almost everything you would need.

Great place. Very urban vibe. The home was clean and welcoming. Extremely well stocked. Modern appliances that functioned perfectly. Lots of extras. It is on a major arterial street and there is a fair amount of street noise but the host has done a lot to dampen the sound. We had great communication with the host who checked in with us by email to make sure we were happy with everything. It was a great place to stay and we will reserve it again in the future.

Location is just a few blocks away from Seattle Children's Hospital. We come down regularly and have stayed at this location twice now. Will look to rent again for next trip. Markets and shopping within close proximity along with the park right across the street. Everything is provided for a few nights stay. Host is great at communicating before, during and after.

Nick was great to work with - really helpful and responsive. The property is very, very clean and feels nearly brand new. Almost everything I looked for I found from strainers and spatulas to bathroom items and a note pad. The only thing that I found lacking was a dresser or drawers to put away clothing like socks that don't go on hangers since I prefer not to live out of my suitcase.

Very comfortable home with a great kitchen and eating area. It has a lot of stairs, if that is an issue for you, but we didn't mind it. Also, it's on a busy street, but you don't hear the traffic noise much. We liked that there's a wonderful grocery store within an easy walk.

We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous bnb. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect. We were right off of the Burke Gilman trail and minutes from the UW campus. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

The place was conveniently located. I stayed there with my husband, two grown up kids and our service dog. I have just two complaints- 1. The dishwasher was not emptied, and half of the dishes were dirty. 2. There was no extra comforter for the living room sleeper sofa.

Awesome property around the corner from UW

Our location was excellent for the plans that we had: to see areas east and north of Seattle as well as the Tacoma and Gig Harbor area. About 30 minutes to the airport on a Friday morning at 8 AM (not bad). The property owner was very quick answering questions we had. There’s a small park across the street as well as a bus stop for those that don’t have a rental car or are not fond of Uber or Lyft.

Great stay for work

I had a month shift at seattle childrens and the location of this place was perfect, literally a 5 minute walk away. This place is a good location for exploring seattle. Has a full kitchen stocked with the basics and the three floors of the house made it nice for my friend and I to work opposite shifts without worring about waking up the other.

Excellent location to Seattle Childrens

We were in Seattle to support our granddaughter and parents while having a procedure at Seattle Children’s. The location was close and convenient. Easy walk to the hospital and plenty of space for family to relax and be together. The property managers were easy to communicate with and quick to reply.
