The home is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The home has 5 bedrooms with 7 beds (1 king +3 queen+ 2 twins +sofa bed) and 3 bathrooms, 2700 sqft. This is a 2-story single family house with some steps to the entrance.

Living room smart TV, kitchenette, dining. • Garage : Laundry is inside of the garage, also come with lots of board games! • Fenced in front yard and upgraded garage for kids.

- We welcome families with children, but please note that the home is not child-proofed and please supervise children at all times. - Maintenance workers (e.g. landscapers) may stop by to work on exterior areas, but they won`t be allowed inside the home without your permission. Also, there might be pest control measures in place that include baits (e.g. ant baits) inside the home. While they are usually placed in areas out of reach for children, please don`t leave them unsupervised.
- No cats and dogs are allowed. - Please indicate an accurate number of guests. - We have dynamic pricing, rates change daily and we don`t honor yesterday`s pricing. - We stick to our cancellation policy, so consider getting travel insurance to secure your booking.
【No Parties or Events (Unless Pre-Approved)】 Parties or events are not allowed without prior approval. However, small gatherings may be permitted with a pre-approved event package at an additional cost of $200 per night, allowing up to 30 total visitors (including registered guests).
Note: A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required for all reservations made through Booking.com. 1.【NO PARTY OR EVENT】 We have security system and outside surveillance cameras that will be triggered by noise and motion. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb`s policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule.
2.【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】 We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.
3.【NO SMOKING】 If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.
4.【PETS】 Please note this property is not pet friendly and owner is allergic to pet so the pets are not allowed.
5. 【NO SHOES】 We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.
6.【Self Catering】 This is a self catering home. We will provide a starter supply such as toilet paper, oil, pepper, salt, etc. Extra supplies such as food will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.
7.【Early check-in】 We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $200. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.
8.【NO late check-out】 Unfortunately we can`t accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests.
9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】 Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and let the cleaner take care of them.
10. 【Lost & Found】 Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $100 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).
