Quiet neighborhood and spacious home made for the ideal stay for our group of 5. Communication, during our stay, was good. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is so nice, very spacious and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the beautiful yard and the living spaces inside. It was big enough to fit all 8 of us adult girls. The basement space did scare us when we heard a mans voice really late at night. We didn't know anyone was occupying the space. They arrived very late and caught us by surprise. On our last night before checkout there was a new group of ladies trying to get into the rental and that was also off putting. We told them to read the instructions from Jennifer and they understood then where to go to enter the basement space. Other than that it was great and we definitely want to all come back with our families.

This place was perfect for our group! We loved the quiet residential location with easy access to Seattle. There is beach access and a cute little market just a mile away and additional beautiful parks and trails close by. At the house we enjoyed the hot tub, BBQ, large TV for movies, and indoor and outdoor tables for dinners for our large group. The house is not brand new, so be aware that there are a few signs of natural wear and tear. The host was great and the place had all the amenities we could possibly need. We would definitely rent this place again if we're back in the area!

Charming and comfortable

We really enjoyed ourselves at this property. The kitchen is large and well stocked with cooking suppies, coffee, tea, spices, etc. It was very easy to prepare meals in this beautiful kitchen. The bedrooms are very comfortable with supplied bathrobes, great linens and good mattresseslinens

Shared Space Home, Not Entire House Rental

This listing is only for the first floor. Other guests occupy the basement and the laundry is shared. Overall, this Vrbo cost was comparable to other Vrbos in the area of the same size that offer entirely private rentals. It also limits renter’s access to the shared laundry facilities. The home could use a lot of updates & I was frequently messaging the host about issues, to the point that I stopped because I wanted to focus on our vacation.This rental is fine for guests who don’t mind a shared space or having shared walls. However, I feel it is overpriced considering the shared aspect.This listing does disclose at the very bottom that Vrbo renters only get the upstairs as the basement is for the owners or “other guests of the owners.” I met the downstairs guests & they didn’t know the homeowners. It seems the homeowners are renting this space out. Whereas the listing makes it sound like they let friends stay in the basement from time to time.The two spaces are connected via basement stairs w/ interior doors separating the top & bottom of the stairs. I would not call this secure, yet the laundry room has a secure code lock. From the upstairs we heard the downstairs renters talk, cough, open the garage, run water, & close (slam) doors at all hours. We could also smell everything they cooked. One evening they came home very late & at 11 pm cooked what smelled like fried fish, the smell was especially strong in the master bedroom.

Perfect spot for our family reunion of 12

Ranging in age from 5 to 68, our family members always felt as though there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is immaculate. We found everything we ever needed and so much more besides. Here's to hoping we can make this a family tradition. Thank you for sharing!

Great for family

Had an amazing time staying at this wonderful home. Very comfortable for our party of 12, and the place was clean and well stocked. Kids were very excited by the vintage game machine in the second living room. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Before Flight Getaway

We all came in from Kitsap before some of the family flew back to Texas. Parents raved about the master suite. House was large and well equipped. Lots of room for six of us to sit together and eat, drink and chat. Highly recommended for large gatherings.

Perfectly Splendid

My family and I came from California and Texas to visit my son & father in Seattle and explore Seattle. The location was perfect super near the airport, very close to downtown Seattle and near the water. The home had every thing needed from blankets & towels to coffee, baking wear and a kids playground. We absolutely 100% recommend this beautiful home. Thank you so much to our host for everything ❤️

Awesome Family Experience

3 Tree Lux Retreat was the perfect home away from home for our group of 7 grown family members coming in from all directions to celebrate our son’s special achievement. The home was very well equipped for cooking, relaxing, and enjoying the beautiful setting both indoors and outdoors. The recommended local restaurants were great and the neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located. The host was highly responsive and we felt very welcomed. We would highly recommend this property.
