This was a great house for a large group. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Close to many stores/restaurants/etc. Would highly recommend and stay here again!

Nice neighborhood

This property was clean, quiet and in a very safe feeling neighborhood. We had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and ample parking. Overall, a great stay!

Excellent holiday stay

Such a great house

There was plenty of room to accommodate our board/staff planning weekend. The layout was conducive to our gathering of 7 adults and it was so nice for everyone to have their own room and be able to sit around a table for meals but also a great surrounding neighborhood to walk in when we had breaks. The host was responsive to needs and I would recommend!

Family reunion

The house was comfortable with all the things we needed. The parking situation was a little difficult. There are outside locks on all the bedroom doors which was a problem with children.

Great location for my employee team

Thank you! This spot was great and very comfortable for my team of employees. It's challenging to find a location for that many at short notice, and this worked out for them perfectly. The emails from the management team were a bit confusing and random and a bit challenging to understand, but I think it was all worked out.

Quiet haven, accessible to everything

We were looking to explore the Pacific Northwest without having to stay in the downtown area of Seattle, as we wanted to do day trips in many locations. Kirkland and this lovely house was the right place for us. Nestled in a quiet community full of lush green trees, this home was part of a sleepy and pretty neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores, shops, food, gas, and highways. It provided a pleasant environment to relax and decompress from the day's adventures. Pros of the place: Spacious and very clean Plenty of bedrooms Comfortable beds and linens Well-stocked cupboards of pots, pans, utensils, etc Simple and reasonable house rules 4 bathrooms - really good when you have 7 people or more Big fridge and gas stove Very close to Safeway, Trader Joes, Mobile Gas, Starbucks, Whole Foods, Tech City Bowl Easy to drive to Seattle - 20 - 40 minutes depending on the time of day you leave Plenty of parking The host was very communicative Cons of the place: While there is plenty of parking, you have a long driveway that you have to navigate to back up in to get back onto the street and it's tough when you have two or more cars in the driveway; also hard if you have a big SUV like we did No backyard - so if you are looking to BBQ or want to relax on a deck in the back, you can't We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was safe, very comfortable, and easy to get around to Seattle and Everett, Snoqualmie, Snohomish, and so many other parts of the PNW. Excellent find!

Very clean house in nice neighborhood

House was very clean upon arrival. Plenty of space to fit our group of 5. Check in/out process was easy and the house was in a nice location. No complaints and would stay there again if in the area.

Short stay

Very nice but don’t look over the back fence! Ouch! Suitable for our very short/hardly there except to sleep stay. The kitchen was well-equipped had we had time to cook and it was nice to have a well equipped refrigerator that worked! Very nice neighborhood with lots of convenient stores etc nearby. So much better than a hotel.

Wedding at the Waterfront

House has lots of room for family. Sleeps 14 people with ease if that is needed. Parking was easy in front of house for up to 3 cars but there is street parking, too. Safeway and Costco are very close and it only took us 30 to 45 minutes to get to the waterfront in Seattle, depending on time of day. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs and the living room was very comfortable. There is an office space on the first floor that was nice for work. It was away from family area for quiet. The experience at this house was terrific. Comfortable beds and convenient location for us. It is only 30 minutesm xq
