En general bien, solo el transporte del aeropuerto al hotel, no sabíamos cual era pues hay 3 diferentes, el de este hotel era el autobús AZUL, cuando llegó ya todo bien.

el hotel estaba en remodelacion y no fue agradable llegar a un hotel donde las areas comunes estan en obra.

The staff at checking was rude and not welcoming at all. I actually wanted to leave after checkin. This is not how you treat paying customers. Person at front desk was impolite, seemed angry, did not explain what she was doing or where breakfast or our room was. Very disappointing!

The bed! 😮‍💨 Worst bed I’ve ever stayed. We rolled into the center of the SPRING bed all night. Absolutely terrible bed.

Staff seems bothered to have to be there. Parking fee is not well documented and don’t even THINK about asking details. Rooms are clean.

I did not like the smoking area for guest. I do not smoke therefore I did not like that I had to walk through the smoke where the smoking area is designated by the pool entrance. It is not 25 feet from the door entrance.

The mid after noon staff were not very helpful but your two ladies who worked the graveyard shift are amazing!!

Hotel was clean. The person at the front desk was very kind and helpful. You can hear the planes quite loudly as you're right near the airport, didn't bother us but worth considering if you're a light sleeper.

Property was fine. The staff was friendly and courteous. Close to airport so it is quite boisy as expected, but also the boulevard along the side of the hotel was very busy and noisy also.

Good place. Cheap but safe and staff is fast to check in and out. They offered me free drinks which is good because I always forgot to buy when arriving to a new place

Room was not well cleaned. There were only 2 staff that were friendly. Website says shuttle goes within 2 miles of hotel, but actually they have a list at the front desk of a limited amount of places they actually go.
