Everything was great except for the air conditioning. It is much cooler outside. In fact gorgeous! Inside it is warm and stuffy.Otherwise the rental was comfortable and had everything we needed. The directions were clear. Location perfect!

Pros:- Great location on the corner of a residential street with easy parking and a commercial street with shops and restaurants.- Good size and layout.Cons:- Terrible customer service from Vacasa. They just have a guest services number to call for issues, which I did to report the bathtub/shower not draining properly. I received a curt response that I'd have to wait for the local team to contact me, which never happened, and the issue was never resolved.- Not amazing cleanliness. The seal of the front loading washing machine was moldy and smelled mildewy. A couple of the pans in the kitchen were dirty when we arrived.- Bargain basement paper products (toilet paper and paper towel) and no facial tissue. Recommend buying your own.- Provided portable A/C unit (the kind that vents through a wall) didn't seem to cool at all; just blew room temp air. If you're used to sleeping with A/C, would not recommend this rental during the summer months.

Fantastic/functional.

Such a nice place to come back to after my long days. I was in town for a training in Fremont. The loft was perfect. Tons of places to get dinner nearby and the grocery was also very close. The bed was super comfy, and there wasn’t too much noise!

Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and well-appointed condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Parking with the permit was very close and no problem. Excellent location to walk to whatever you need, as well.

Cutest loft!

We had a great time staying here, the apartment had very calming decor, lights, and vibes. In a great location and made it easy to explore Seattle and come back to a place that felt like home.

Great place. As advertised.

This place was great. Clean, great neighborhood, and amazing views from the rooftop. The only small issue was that the check in instructions didn't make it clear where to park or which unit #, which was a minor inconvenience.

Ideal location!

Very walkable neighborhood with lots of food and shopping choices. Easy Lyft/Uber access to anywhere in the city, and easy walk to light rail. Clean and new unit with all the amenities.

Overall a good experience

Only note I have is I’d make it very clear about the garbage room situation. I needed to throw some stuff away first night and I didn’t know the door locked behind me and I had no phone or FOB key - it was a really scary situation for a bit there until a nice resident took a risk to let me in. I realize it’s mentioned in the blue folder but I’d put it more clear and out front so people know immediately.

Great location

This is a lovely loft with all of the amenities you need for a convenient and even budget friendly stay. The grocery store is a short walk away and the kitchen is stocked. The location is also perfect for sight seeing and shopping in Seattle. Some of the check-in instructions were outdated so we had to figure that out (also, plan on bringing your own toilet paper, garbage bags, and dishwasher detergent) but the management company is quick and responsive.
