We had a great time with our family celebrating New Year’s. The place is spacious and comfortable, making it ideal for large groups; in our case, there were 22 of us and everyone felt very comfortable. Everything looked very nice and generally matched what was shown.The only thing we did not like was that the online photos show a pool table, but we did not find it during our stay. Aside from that, everything was great. The host was very courteous and responded quickly to any questions or requests.

The home’s location was perfect for our family needs. It also had everything that was needed for our trip. More than enough bedrooms & bathrooms etc. The playroom was a big hit with our grandchildren and GreenLake across the street was perfect. The stove didn’t work was the only complaint.

The house was amazing! Perfect location. We had a few days of really hot weather and downstairs and one bedroom didn’t have AC which made the bedrooms and living room very warm and stuffy. Patio was where we spent most of our time which was lovely.

Big beautiful house, recently remodeled and very well done. The location is second to none- short walk to lake including swimming areas, boat rental, huge playground, kiddie wading pool, walk/run path, and community center with indoor pool. Also a library in a lovely historic building, cafes/coffee shops/restaurants, and a grocery store all close by. Parking is tight and we tried to be good neighbors by parking just one car at the house and spread others in surrounding blocks. Most of the bedrooms have AC units as does the game room on the top floor, which is unusual in Seattle and so lovely on hot days. The main floor living area/dining/kitchen did get hot but closing all drapes against the sun helps. We had a few minor issues/questions during our stay and the owners were super responsive, addressing by next day. Before booking make sure you understand the rental options. The main house is the basic rental and includes 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 4 on the second floor. There are three optional spaces, and you'll want to communicate clearly with the owners about which spaces you do/don't need: 1. on the third floor there is a games room with a big TV and couch, legos and other toys. Was great for the kids/teens in our group. 2. The billiards hall is a renovated garage space up some stairs in the back yard with a pool table and bar stools. We didn't use it as much but it was super cute. 3. The downstairs apartment has 2 additional bedrooms- we didn't rent this space.

Best Rental Experience Ever

Communication was clear and constant. Trung was a wonderful host. We were made to feel like guests rather than tenants. We traveled with eight adults and four children under 10 one under two. Everything we needed to make our stay easy and uncomfortable was provided.The house is newly renovated and beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and beautiful as well. Great location close to everything. Looking for a reason to come back.

Excellent property and Host!

The entry and exit instructions were very clear. The house was spotless, extremely well stocked and very comfortable! Our host, Trung was very easy to communicate with and always accessible. It was a great experience with my friends and family attending our daughter’s wedding. Thank you, Trung!

Recommend without hesitating.

The house is surprisingly roomy with multiple floors, rooms, and baths. All beds were in great condition. Appliances were top brands, plenty of cooking utensils and tableware. The back deck off the kitchen is very nice, quiet, and secluded.

Close to it all!

Location, location, location! Walking distance from so many shops, cafes, and dinning. This was a pleasant surprise. Many of our guests took advantage of the Green Lake path, which is also very close.

Family Vacation

Great location and roomy home. Kitchen was very well appointed and had everything we needed and more. Owner was responsive and communication was clear. We arrived late a night due to bad weather and it was a little difficult to figure out which was the correct home. There was a welcome gift with a few treats in the fridge which was appreciated. If not familiar with Seattle, keep in mind that most homes do not have a/c and many, including this house, do not have screens on the windows. We were concerned the lack of screens would result in a bunch of bugs, but that was not the case. We would stay in this house again. Thank you!

Perfect Home for Extended Family

Trung was an excellent communicator from booking to check out. We rented all 6 Queen bedrooms for 3 couples and 3 adult children and the layout was perfect. Plenty of towels for all. Everyone could gather and they had their own space. The house was better than the pictures and the kitchen was fantastic, not just with top tier appliances, but stocked with everything we could need. We couldn't have asked for a better outdoor patio. We had my daughter's friends over to celebrate UW graduation during the day and the flow from inside to out was ideal. The billiard room was extra fun for them. I would absolutely book this house again, and am so grateful everything went perfectly.

Perfect location to stay for family wedding

What a great house! The kitchen is amazingly well stocked. The open floor plan of the main floor works very well. The layout of the bedrooms with two on each floor that share a bathroom is perfect. There's a cool billiards room set apart from the house where the kids had fun with their great uncles. The grounds are lovely and private...too bad the weather wasn't nicer so we could enjoy it more. It was easy to walk to Green Lake to enjoy the paths/park and to walk to nearby restaurants. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our son's wedding!

Professional Operation

Beautiful 6 BR house with three baths. Pool table room in back. Adequate neighborhood parking, but we shared cars and used Uber/Lyft. Welcoming professional kitchen with snacks and wine! Extensive cooking facility (second kitchen downstairs). Outside seating in front and rear yard. Healthy plantings.

Perfect Locatio

We are from Dallas out for a niece's wedding. My wife was the officiant and my daughters were brides maids. The event was held at the Great Hall which is just a few blocks from the house. Proximity to Green Lake is literally down the street. My wife's cousin and husband also stayed with us. We rented the entire property and the layout was perfect with all main living areas sizable for a larger group. The house became the gathering point for Hair and Makeup as well as our local relatives to all meet. 3 levels all with 2 bedrooms on each level and a full bath on each level. The backyard is like an English garden and the Pool Table building at the back of the property was a real bonus. We would stay again should the need arise.

Great House, Great Location

Great layout for two couples with no kids (each staying in first floor bedrooms) and one couple with three kids (two kids in one 2d fl bedroom, parents in the other, with 15 month old sleeping in portacrib placed in their large closet). (We did not rent the basement floor with another bathroom and 2 brs and a rec. room. (Open floor plan with fully-stocked kitchen (including good knives leading to beautiful back deck/garden. Lots of stuff for the three kids: crib, high chair, booster seat, books, games, step stools. One block from Green Lake and its walking a cycling lanes, and 3 from nice local shop commercial area.

Wonderful house!

Perfect accommodations for a large group and a party!

We were in Seattle for a wedding and needed a big place to accommodate extended family. We also hosted and open house for a large group. The place was perfect for both! Lovely, comfortable setting. Plenty of seating indoors and out. Lots of great space to arrange food and drink. Staying at Bagley Place enhanced our memorable visit!

Another wonderful stay

This was our second stay at the Bagley House. It is an amazing house with three floors in an incredible neighborhood. Tons of indoor and outdoor space. There are 6 steps going up, but after that, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor for mobility challenges. We were able to get my father up the steps when he was in his walker, and my aunt, who had a stroke as well. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a bath, as does the basement. Perfect for large family gathering/trip. Our first visit we hosted three days of reunions for my father to see friends and family while his Parkinson’s and Cancer allowed him to travel. This visit was his request to host a similar event and reunite family and friends after his passing. So grateful to be able to facilitate that request.

A perfect family weekend celebration!

My family stayed here for a UW graduation weekend and it was fantastic! Our party of 11 ranged in age from 21 to 83 and the house was perfect for everyone! The home decor was beautiful and everything we needed was available for our party to eat most of our meals at the house. The neighborhood is very friendly with Green Lake very close by and the home’s landscaping and deck were lovely this time of year. Trung was so kind and immediately answered all of my questions prior to our stay. It was a truly memorable weekend celebration for our family and Trung’s home was a big part of the success. I highly recommend Trung and this property in Seattle.

Great location

We went on a girls trip with 6 adults and two small kids. The kitchen was amazingly stocked, with everything from a rice cooker to a high chair. There was plenty of both community space and private space. The location is fantastic. It is about 5 houses from Green Lake, which has a 2.8-mile trail around it. We went every day for fresh air and exercise. There are cute shops (the chocolatier was my favorite) within walking distance. It is important to read the contract carefully. I was under the impression we had all six bedrooms rented when we were only contacted for four, so there was as extra charge a few days before we arrived. Trung was very attentive and available, although there was not much we needed help with. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway

Had a great time with friends this weekend at this house. Close to a lot of really cool bars/restaurants, great park/lake to play at if it’s nice, and the billiards hall is a great addition for a small group to lounge quietly. Neighbors were polite and friendly too!
