  • Would you like to sleep with the lullaby of the babbling creek while enjoying a short - 13 mile - drive to the downtown Seattle? Then this is the place you would like to stay! This is a cozy, welcoming MIL suite with a separate entry and renovated bathroom, new floor, new windows, and newly installed separate heaters. Easy access to I-5 (5 min) and Lake Washington & Burke Gilman Trail within a walking distance. There's a bus stop right in front of the house, too.

This is a MIL apartment that I think was cobbled together by the home owner. While it isn't what you'd call modern or super 'nice', it is very clean very quiet and I completely enjoyed my 3 days. The neighborhood feels very safe.

Andrews place is the perfect spot for a weekend stay in Seattle, close to Mountlake Terrace train station, you can enjoy the city via a smooth approx. 30min train ride and then head back to a calm quiet place with a cute backyard. Andrew was responsive and helpful and the suite had everything we needed.

Enjoyed being out of the hustle of downtown Seattle but close enough to enjoy it. Easy to find and not to far from the main highway. Bed was comfortable and nice place for what we needed for this trip. Coffee was a nice treat. Traffic was our biggest issue but that is expected with big cities. We did a lot of traveling to all the sights possible in and around Seattle. There is way too much to do in this area and see so we will be back and would use this same place if available.

A Great Cozy Place To Stay

Such a charming place!!! It was so clean, and felt like a home away from home. We will definitely put it as a place to come back to, when we visit family in the area again.

We basically just needed a place to sleep and get ready for the day the next morning. Nice quiet location, clean, no frills with a comfortable bed. This place worked well for our needs. Thank you to our host who was very personable and helpful.

Convenient for our purpose

In town for my niece's graduation. Just needed a place to sleep as we were spending most every waking moment with family. Conveniently located, easy check in and out process. Place was cute and comfy if we were to spend more time in it.

There is cute restaurant a short walk away. Convenient location near Highway 5 which is the thorough fare for getting to and from many different neighborhoods in the Seattle area.

Great Stay

Space is very easy to get to with great parking. Clean and well equipped. The “babbling brook” sounds from the window in the living room were very pleasant. Great coffee! Would recommend for a couple or single person.

Small creek runs through property and trees.
