This is our 2nd time staying in this property and we will return again. It’s a great space for our 11 year old and our dog. Our son, who lives in Seattle, spends a lot of time with us there. Love it!

Like home!

We lived in Wedgwood and adore the neighborhood. This felt like we were back home (but nicer)! The lot is amazing and private. The house is well laid out. The furnishings are lovely. Our daughter especially love the pod chair! We look forward to our next stay.

What a find!

We were so fortunate to find the ranch! It was close to where we wanted to be and such a beautiful property! We enjoyed a lot of outdoor time- coffee in the morning, cocktails in the evening. Gardens and grounds were beautiful- amazingly peaceful! This property must be very special to the owners! The beds were kind of hard and the carpet shampoo was overwhelming when we first walked in but cleared it out quickly and enjoyed our stay!

Quiet convalescing

Booked the Ranch to help my brother convalesce after a surgery. It was a perfect quiet spot. The grounds are wonderful. Accomodations were great. The property manager was responsive on a few minor issues. Would stay here again!

Wonderful setting!

A truly wonderful setting! Felt like we were in forest with such amazing green gardens and privacy. Yet very close to everything we wanted to see. Great accommodations and very clean. Will stay here again.

fantastic - as good as the pictures

This property is probably my favorite in my almost 20 year history of staying at VRBOs. It is clean and looks just like the photos. The actual grounds are huge and super private; it felt like we were in the middle of a forest or park yet in a great location in Seattle. Only thing of note is that like most places in Seattle, there is not air conditioning; we happened to arrive on a date where the temp was in the high 90s and broke the record by 6 degrees (so just very unlucky timing for us). Despite being a bit warm during the day, at night with windows open and fans it got plenty chilly, so it was not an issue. Also had one very minor drain issue that the response was immediate for, so know they take great care of the guests here. A very strong 5 stars!!!

Wonderful spot in the city!

The Ranch is a wonderful, peaceful spot in the middle of a big city. The house has a midcentury vibe that’s awesome. One bathroom and 2 bedrooms, funky kitchen and gorgeous grounds made this a perfect hangout for the two of us. I would definitely stay here again!

Great isolated location in a very busy neighborbood. Good security system, many extras. Needs a good 2nd blanket (two beds). Has a bit of a musty smell (tolerable). No free TV.

Wonderful location

It was a surprise to see the home in person. It felt like being in the country, it was so quiet and surrounded by trees and so much greenery. The living room was spacious. The kitchen could use things to make coffee making easier and better. Overall, it was clean, comfortable, and felt very secure.

Great house in the Woods.

Comfortable property, literally in the Woods. Fantastic retro look with unobstructed windows that makes you feel like you’re outside. We were two friends. Bathroom a bit small, kitchen is great. Beds are comfortable sleep but not like a comfy hotel bed. Note: bring your own hair dryer if you want more than a very small Conair dryer. Coffee is available for first day or so.

Country Getaway in the City

This is a lovely place - like a getaway in the countryside, but very close to all the things to do in Seattle. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would like to come back in the summer to make more of the outdoor facilities.

Great gateaway

The property big enough for 4 people, with plenty of space to work (if you are working from home). The house is surrounded by plants/trees which make it feel more private. Great place if you want to escape and relax.

Gorgeous!!

This property is stunning! We stayed for UW graduation weekend. The garden is a beautiful backdrop for unwinding at the end of the day or coffee in the morning. We cooked and enjoyed family time with our grad. So much better than a hotel!!!
