The place was as advertised, super clean with an amazing view of the bay. The location was perfect, close to the Space Needle, the Market and tons of really cool bars, restaurants and shops. Alex is super responsive to any questions that we had and made everything really easy.

We understand all the “10” reviews, and can agree with them to the greater extent, but here’s our experience:We texted “Simon” (the greeter we were told to contact) when we got off the plane, again as we exited the light rail, and again when we reached the unit—all with an accurate ETA. Each text was acknowledged, and we were told to wait out front on the sidewalk for five minutes—which was fine.But after six hours of travel, standing there with our luggage and nowhere to sit, we waited… After fifteen minutes, we called and left a message. Simon texted back, “I’ll be there in 4.” Fifteen minutes later—thirty minutes after our arrival—an elderly gentleman, not Simon but a local resident, showed up and let us in. We never met Simon.A thirty-minute wait would’ve been fine if we’d been told upfront. We could’ve sat at the bar next door and relaxed. Instead, we stood there expecting Simon to appear any minute.The owners did apologize, but what they really need is a more reliable—and honest—greeter.Sidenote: the view of the sunset over Puget Sound almost made up for the whole experience…and, we would stay here again. Perfect for 2 couples. We walked EVERYWHERE!

We had a wonderful stay at the Belltown Condo! Our hosts were very responsive to any questions we had before we arrived .The check in was smooth. Our greeter met us promptly, giving us all the information we needed for our stay. The condo was perfect for two couples:clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of Pike Place market, Space Needle, and the Chihuly Museum. Best of all was the beautiful view of Elliot Bay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Belltown Condos. The building was perfectly located between the Space Needle and Pike Place so everything was easily accessible by walking. Belltown condos is a very well kept and clean building with great views of the harbor. It was well stocked and met all our needs. It also has a parking garage which was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again

Great communication and providing of info prior to check-in. Very “Cozy” condo indeed. Great location. Nice to meet a check-in person (rather than be remote check-in). A very nice touch was its Keurig coffee maker with more coffee capsules than any family could possibly drink over 3 days. Made a great restaurant recommendation (Umi Sake House).

Great views!

Property was great with everything we needed for two couples.. the kitchen had spices, olive oil and well supplied dishes and pots/pans! Very clean and excellent view. The only negative was our checkin process. The normal “greeter” was not available (although we arrived within 30 minutes of our 3:00pm checkin time. He had a business partner meet us who was another 30 minutes later than us. We sat in an alley waiting for the mystery greeter to arrive.

Great spot for a family

Overall a great spot. Absolutely adorable condo, multiple security layers in and out of building. Amazing views, all rooms have beautiful windows overlooking the bay, and very vibrant area within walking distance to Pike Place Market and pier area. Well stocked kitchen and Keurig. Nice bathrooms and cozy beds. Pull out sofa bed was comfortable too. Check in process is a bit tedious as you have to coordinate timing with someone via text starting 24 hours in advance and then wait for responses back and forth. Very loud street noise from people, traffic, sirens all night long midweek, but having a Bluetooth sleep mask with music playing helped a lot.
