Me gustaron mucho las instalaciones, todo digital, los pasillos fuera de los cuartos me parecieron muy atractivos, la vista al muelle desde la recámara. Todo. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme ahí. No sé si había transporte cerca ya que sólo utilizamos taxis. La atención del personal muy amable!

It is an excelent place to stay in Seattle if you going to take a cruise or a ferry. Good environment, room comfortable and different way to stay in a hotel.

I loved how hospitable and friendly the front desk staff was and even recommended a wonderful restaurant for dinner! I had such a lovely time. My room was perfect for my one night stay. I loved the personal welcome on the television screen. I would definitely stay here again!

I've stayed here three times in the past 3 months. I've been happy overall. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel's design is awesome. This particular room wasn't as clean upon arrival as my past two experiences and there were issues with the lights (not turning on, not turning off, not getting brighter). But maybe this was a one-off?

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean. We love the breakfast good price. We ate breakfast every morning. The hot and cold breakfast was lovely. It would be nice if they have poach eggs as well. It would be nice with the avocado, smoked salmon, cream cheese, pickled onions and capers on croissant.

I loved the room and the staff. I also really enjoyed having a bar and food available. I like the front doors closed at 10 and you needed a room key to open them.

It was fantastic. I traveled alone for the first time, had a very early flight and my book was at 2, I arrived two hours early and they got me into my room. Service was very kind, breakfast was good with tasty options, and my room was very beautiful. The view was beautiful, highly recommend. The lobby was bustling during day hours, but still quiet and tame. They let me stay in the lobby and rest for a few hours between my check out time and when I had to find a way to the airport. 10/10 would recommend. (Showers had a light you could change colors, perfect for mood lighting XD)

All in all, it was pretty decent, but for the money could’ve had a bigger room somewhere else and the inconvenience of parking was terrible. Breakfast was a little bit undesirable, but the staff was awesome and the manager was great and tried to help out as much as possible so my experience was maybe a seven out of 10.

Staff very nice. Room very clean, modern but just too small for two people. Also parking garage is not on location but close. However it’s 40$/day. The price of the room was reasonable but again, too small. Had to stack suitcases on top of each other, only one drawer under bed. No place to organize clothes, etc.
