Many quirks with this property

Overall this property is nice, but there are quirks. Other than the master bedroom, the other bedrooms don't have closets. Also, some of the furniture blocked the air returns so the room was cold and difficult to get warm. Also, I requested late check out of 2 hours and they were going to charge me 100.00 per hour extra. Totally ridiculous and unnecessary. The property was already expensive and no one was booked following our stay. I would not stay here again.

Fantastic home for all Seattle based activities

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! The property was absolutely perfect – incredibly clean, modern, and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were insanely comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. The rooftop was a fantastic bonus, offering great views and a relaxing spot to unwind. Our host was also super communicative and made everything so easy. We stayed for 10 days and will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!

Wedding Wonderful Weekend

This property was perfect for us. We came for our daughter’s wedding. The kitchen is very well laid out. Good bed and bathroom layout, too. We were sad that were unable to use the roof deck as there was not enough time. We would definitely stay here again. Thank y’all! Blessings 🕊️

Nice unit with good amenities

The condo is located close to Ballard. The host was responsive to any questions. The unit had comfortable amenities. The beds and sheets were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary items. The roof top is a nice place to spend time. We appreciated the nice washer and dryer and the nice products in the shower.

Nice space with a couple hiccups

The overall condo space is roomy. Living/kitchen areas could use a bit more seating. One couch for 4 people isn’t adequate. Dirty linens for pull out bed didn’t make the best first impression but housekeeper came to correct the situation in a little over an hour. Dishwasher had to be turned off at breaker box to prevent beeping every 30 minutes. Biggest complaint is the automated communications sent via email. After having to correct above problems, receiving an email hoping that our first night was pleasant seemed disingenuous and tone deaf.

We honestly didn’t spend much time in the unit other than sleeping. My bed in the master was very comfortable and the big shower is nice. Parking is a little tricky but that’s Seattle!

Better Than a Hotel!

The house was in a great location, close to everything. The mattresses and pillows were so comfortable!! Everything we needed was there - all we had to do was buy some groceries. If we ever again go to Seattle we'll stay here.

Awesome Stay in Seattle!

I would highly recommend this VRBO for families looking for comfortable stay in Seattle. The house was immaculate upon check-in, rooms were big and comfy (especially master bedroom). The bathrooms had plenty of space for my family of 4. Do be prepared for up and down living as this is a 3 story home, but that is expected for most homes in the Seattle area. Great location, easy access into the city, and plenty of food options and grocery stores to choose from. Laura (owner) was awesome! She was communicative through the week we stayed to make sure we had everything we needed. The guest portal she provided had all the information we needed to check in, get situated with things like TV’s and Thermostats for hearing (we went in March and still very cool). You will not be disappointed with this choice if traveling with a family!

Modern Ballard -location with privacy

Great location in Ballard with privacy and quiet neighborhood. Home was spacious, modern, clean and a joy to stay in. Only suggestion is wish kitchen had bar stools at fabulous island and area rug in family room would be cozy….if the downstairs (foyer) bedroom had access to the bedroom closet for hanging clothes would be helpful. In winter months would be nice to arrive with heat on as well. Hosts were very accommodating and quick to be responsive with any questions or issues. Would recommend this home and caring host. Visit Seattle and enjoy this great home!

Well-appointed home

We stayed in this centrally-located Ballard town home to visit our son and his family. It was really well appointed and conveniently located to anything you need in the Ballard area. Check-in and communication with the owner/property manger was easy and attentive. We added a day to our stay and it was seamless. We were traveling with our dog and the home is dog friendly. We had brought our own dog bed, but they happened to have a Casper dog bed available. The off-street parking was extremely handy in the poor weather. I only wish we were there during the summer so we could have taken advantage of the roof top deck.

Great location and host!

We received great communication from the host well ahead of our arrival. The home was exactly as stated in the listing. We had great comfort throughout the entire stay, and would definitely come back. The location was within a very short ride to many of our favorite attractions (Climate Pledge Arena, Space Needle, MoPop). Thank you, Laura for an absolutely wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful time at the house in Ballard. It was walkable to all things Ballard, and had plenty of room for 5 of us. It was extra great to be able to bring the dog. Laura was responsive and helpful. All around a great experience.
