Casa Picasso is lovingly and beautifully designed with a gorgeous, expansive living space and a cozy bedroom. The kitchen meant that we didn't have to spend so much on restaurants and we were so happy that our dog could come with us. (She fell in love with the thick carpet in the living room.)
That said, the marketing is inaccurate - the listing says that it has two beds. It doesn't. It has one bedroom and a couch in the living room that does not convert to a bed. Our daughter was fine on the couch, although it made her stay less enjoyable. It would not have worked if we had been traveling with one of our elderly parents.
Also, the keypad on the door didn't work. Luckily there was a key in the lockbox that we could use. On the last morning, at about 4am, its alarm woke us - dead batteries maybe?
Finally, while we did appreciate that our dog was welcome, and that anyone who loves their pups probably tolerates a bit more dirt on the floor than anti-pet folks, which is great, the floor was *very* dirty. We had to wear socks INSIDE the apartment because after just a few minutes walking around the bottoms of our bare feet were filthy. I asked for a floor mop and found a dirty pad on the end of it, which would not have made much of a difference. We would have LOVED a cleaner floor and would have been happy to leave it clean again with a fresh mop pad when we left.
