Estuve hospedada de domingo a miércoles y tuvimos que ir a solicitar que hicieran la limpieza de la habitación porque ya llevábamos 2 días sin que la limpiaran y nos dijeron que tenemos que estar más de 3 días hospedados para que se realice el aseo , que son nuevas indicaciones . Y de todas maneras solo sacaron la basura , pusieron toallas limpias y no tendieron la cama , hasta que regresamos a reclamar . Fue una situación muy incómoda .

Dear Alejandro, I apologize if they did not explain during the check in process regarding our housekeeping procedures. Things have changed since the pandemic to protect both our guests and our team members. If a guest is staying less than four nights housekeeping will not enter the room unless requested for towels and trash removal. When staying four nights the room is cleaned after the second night and longer term stays are cleaned on Mondays and Fridays. This information is also listed on the inroom information letter. We do hope to have a chance to serve you again in the future and apologize for any inconvenience.

Dear Raul, thank you for staying with us. Our cleaning protocols for guest room is if a guest is less than 4 nights our cleaning staff will not go into the room. We will refresh towels and trash upon request. or more the staff will clean the room after the 2nd and/or 3 night and for longer terms it is Friday and Mondays. Our breakfast does start early at 3AM and goes till 930 AM I apologize if these times did not work for you. I hope we gat a chance to see you again in the future.

Very clean and fairy quiet. Little bit out of they way for food options with no microwave in rooms. Nor a restaurant onsite although they do offer a breakfast in the mornings in the dining room. Counter staff are not overly helpful on arrival. Courtesy buses are great. Overall we had a pleasant 4 day stay.

The property was clean and comfortable. The only thing is that there weren't many dining options nearby and we had to settle for the products of the vending machines.

All was great except 2 things... 1) as good as the food was, some (not all) of the hot food tasted heated up instead of cooked, and 2) wifi in my room towards the back was consistently worse than in the lobby, making work difficult - and at times impossible - to accomplish.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. staff was great, the only issue we had was that my key cards would deactivate if they came close to any cellular device or rfid device. I think I had to get my card reprogrammed over 10 times during my stay. The hotel has a 3am -6 am cold breakfast for early risers/people with early flights, and also a substantial hot breakfast from 6-9:30, consisting of scrambled eggs, sausage, gravy, pancakes, corned beef hash, etc. would highly recommend!

It was over 80 degrees in the room when I got in it at 10 pm, so it was quite a long time to get it cool enough to fall asleep. I also booked a king bed and got two doubles.
