This was a disaster.The owner of the house ghosted me and wouldn't answer questions about the house or check-in days prior to arrival. The landscape was neglected; the lawn was dead. The house smelled of cat urine. There were no clean towels. There was no soap to bathe, do laundry, or clean dishes.The area rugs were stained and the furniture smelled of pets. I was uncomfortable sitting on the sofa so I sat on the patio furniture while talking to Vrbo on the phone complaining about the conditions. The person who was supposed to verify the house was ready for occupation arrived an hour and a half after check-in. The beds appeared to have been recently slept in.We could not stay at this house. We hastily booked rooms at a hotel in Redmond to salvage our trip. Then when we complained to Vrbo, the owner contested our claims and Vrbo could not help us obtain a refund. Why would we pay the price to stay at this house, and NOT STAY AT THE HOUSE?Because it reeked of cat urine and presented an unclean atmosphere.

Wonderful stay, would highly recommend!

A group of 6 of us stayed here a few weeks ago and it was fantastic. The house is plenty big enough with room for everyone, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the house was nice and clean. I would 10/10 recommend this property. The kitchen was great to cook in as well.

Cleanliness and property issues

There were multiple nightstand drawers with women's underwear, used kleenex, a bathroom drawer with women's false nails. There was no heat. The property manager was responsive about the heat and brought space heaters as a temporary fix. When I discussed the items in drawers he asked for pictures. After I sent pictures I never heard back from him. There was no propane in the outside heater on the deck.

Multi-Million Dollar Views

This property has the most stunning view of Lake Sammamish you’ll ever see. The home is beautifully appointed with modern features, smart TVs for all your streaming needs, comfortable beds, and the most well stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen. Deep is super accommodating and always quick to respond with any questions you may have during your stay. Highly recommend Deep’s place for any potential renters looking for a perfect place to stay in the Seattle area!! 5 stars all the way around.

Beautiful property with problems

We just stayed at this property last week. The property location is awesome, close to all site seeing and overlooking the lake was beautiful. My complaint is that the property was pretty filthy. The kitchen looked like it had not been cleaned. Everything was dirty and I'm not exaggerating, almost every dish was dirty. There was food on platters, coffee cups with coffee and lip marks, glasses had what looked like dirty fingers that had just drank out of them, pots and pans that had dirty handles, silverware all looked smudged and dirty. There is a beautiful Jenn-Aire oven and stove with food build-up on stovetop around the burners. The floors were dirty. Our shower still had the previous renters soap wrapper, open body wash, open tiny shampoo bottle, dirty shower door. Gross. I sent the owner pictures. The owner did offer to have someone come and re-clean the property but was having a hard time finding someone on a holiday weekend. By then we literally ran every dish and utensil through the dishwasher and cleaned our own shower. I asked the owner if he would refund our cleaning fee. He went radio silent on me. I felt like that would be the fair thing to do. I wasn't asking for anything more than that. All of this might have had more to do with the cleaning company than owner but I think it's horrible business to not even respond to me. The home just needs a little TLC. After we cleaned the place, our family had a wonderful time in a beautiful setting. Home has great potential.

Beautiful views and deck. Great layout.

The views from the living areas were fantastic! The deck is gorgeous and comfortably suited for dining and seating. There is an adorable country store a very short walk away with great coffee and sandwiches. The linens and towels were soft and fresh and the entire house was clean. The fireplaces made the house cosy and comfortable. The house is perfectly suited for multiple families, where kids can congregate and sleep on the lower level, while parents enjoy the upper level. We absolutely loved our stay and would visit again. Wi-Fi and amenities worked great.
