This house can host up to 9 guests, featuring 3 bedrooms with 4 beds (2 full beds & 2 queen beds), 2 bathrooms, a sofa bed, a fully stocked kitchen, and modern living space. This kind of space, central location, and well-decorated touch, is definitely a rare find!

    *This is ONLY the lower unit of the house. There is an upper unit, which is NOT included in this listing.

    This newly remodeled unit features 3 bedrooms (with 2 full size beds and 2 queen size beds), 1 sofa bed and 2 full bathrooms, providing enough space for families and groups. This house also has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for preparing fresh meals. New appliances are also equipped in this house for better stay experience.

    You will have access to the 1st floor of the house since 2nd floor is a separate unit, which is NOT included in this listing.

    The house is located in Meridian neighborhood, which is the heart of Seattle. It`s incredibly close to restaurants, grocery stores, transportations, and major attractions.

    We have security system and outside surveillance cameras that will be triggered by noise and motion. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb`s policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule.

    2.【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】
    We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.

    3.【NO SMOKING】
    If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.

    4.【NO ANIMAL】
    Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly, including service animals, because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs and we have exemption from Airbnb. Please DON`T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

    5. 【NO SHOES】
    We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.

    6.【Self Catering】
    This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.

    7.【Early check-in】
    We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $200. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.

    8.【NO late check-out】
    Unfortunately we can`t accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests.

    9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
    Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and let the cleaner take care of them.

    10. 【Lost & Found】
    Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $100 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).

    11. 【Long-stay Bookings】
    Note: For stays of 14 nights or longer, we require a security deposit equivalent to twice the cleaning fee. For Airbnb bookings, this will be requested through the Airbnb Resolution Center. For VRBO bookings, the deposit will be collected using the card we have on file. If no deep cleaning is required upon checkout, the deposit will be fully refundable.
    *Please be noted that driveway is not accessible - you will have to climb stairs to get to the unit and use street parkings.

    Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and our cleaning crew will take care of them.

    10. 📮【Lost & Found】
    Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. We are NOT responsible for any lost or missing personal belongings left by the guests on the property. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $50 handling fee along with the actual shipping fee (receipt will be provided).

    11. 🙋【Extra guest fee】
    Airbnb only allows to put maximum guest number as 16 guests. If you have more than 16 guests, please be noted that we will charge extra guest fees for $25 per extra guest/per night to cover accommodation cost. For example, if you have 20 guests and you are staying with us for 3 nights, you will need to pay $25*4 extra guests*3 nights=$300.

Lovely accommodations and location!

Bright, clean apartment, comfortable beds, great location! Check in was a little confusing- address was hard to find, but once we arrived, lovely. Owners responsive when we needed help finding it. Street parking made clear from beginning, but address was hard to find. Lovely overall, would recommend!

Beautiful place. A little confusion with the addresses and photos. As it seemed that some of the photos were of views from the upper unit with views the lower unit didn’t have.

We had a great time staying at this VRBO in Seattle. The apartment was very clean, and it had a great layout for the five of us. We were able to put the kids in one room with their own double beds, my father-in-law had his own room with en-suite bath, and my husband and I had our own room as well. The beds were all comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The location was great across from Green Lake, and we were able to go on walks around the lake and up to a coffee shop. It felt very safe and the on-street parking was easy to use, and we didn't have any trouble parking close. The only negative about this spot is if the people in the apartment above are loud or walk around a lot, it is definitely noticeable in the apartment. The upstairs guest had a baby and we were very aware of when the baby woke up and when the occupants were walking around; the hosts did let us know about the noise and did offer earplugs. Overall, the apartment is a great place to stay, and we absolutely loved the location for its access to great, safe walking trails and view of the lake and easy access to Seattle!

We had a wonderful time staying in Ming’s place on Green Lake! We loved the central option to everywhere in the city and beyond that we wanted to see. We especially Loved being able to walk out onto Green Lake for a stroll around - we even made some new friends on our walks. The selection of restaurants nearby is top tier. Yes, the house is tricky to find, but once you do, it’s easy to find street parking and be easily in and out of the apartment. Ming was very communicative and attentive - we only had a couple of convenience/safety needs that we weren’t even insistent on, just suggestive. Ming wasted no time and had stair lighting installed and a new toaster delivered. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out and we stayed cozy and safe the entire 9 night stay.
