This house is lovely and was perfect for our extended family Thanksgiving vacation. Amazing location in a quaint, walkable neighborhood. Went to Macrina Bakery every morning! Very well equipped kitchen, family friendly with all the must haves (high chair, pack n play, play structure in backyard), and very spacious. Easily accommodated our group of 6 adults and 4 kids aged 1 to 7. The MIL was perfect for the grandparents! Lots of communal living space as well. Great communication with host who shared some great recommendations. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home that accommodated 13 family members for a special weekend in Seattle. I would stay here again! The house was super clean and had almost everything we needed. The host was also accommodating, which I appreciated, and there was easy-to-access parking in the rear. We had two kids in our party, and they loved the play set in the backyard and ping pong table on the third level.A few things to be aware of: The oven in the upstairs kitchen is really nice but hard to figure out how to use. It would be helpful to have instructions placed somewhere in the kitchen. The basement suite (MIL suite) is fully equipped with a small kitchen and full bathroom, but the flooring in the basement living room is a bit warped (don’t think this is shown in listing pictures). It didn’t impact our living arrangements but it didn’t feel right to put members of my family in an area of the house that felt subpar. Lastly, the main section of the house has 2 full baths on the second level, and 1 is in the primary suite. We made it work but something to be aware of with large parties. I didn’t make the connection when reviewing the listing.

My family and I loved our stay! Sarah responded to our questions right away. Beautiful neighborhood. Very easy to get around and my elderly parents were able to walk the couple of blocks to the cute market. The kids all played across the street at the elementary school. Would definitely stay again!!

Family of 14 Raves About Sarah's Home!

This is a beautifully decorated, clean, and well equipped home. The MIL was greatly appreciated as it gave family members the opportunity to work in a private space. The home is situated in the residential, walkable Queen Anne neighborhood, around the corner from a well stocked grocery store, bakery, brewery plus a bus stop ! Communication with the owner, Sarah, was professional and personable. Any questions I had were immediately addressed and more than satisfactorily answered. Sarah has clearly written expectations that ensure her beautiful home is perfect for every guest. Thanks, Sarah... our family of 14 appreciated your home and all your suggestions that added to the enjoyment of our visit. I would highly recommend this be your next vacation destination!

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood.

Our host, Sarah, was very helpful with her recommendations for things to do in the area and with her clear check in and check out instructions. The home is charming, nicely updated (AC in bedrooms), very spacious, has a wonderful private backyard, and is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of fun restaurants, groceries, and entertainment. Wonderful home. Would love to stay here again if our travels bring us back to Seattle.

Beautiful Property in Queen Anne

Wonderful home for our family vacation!

This property is in a wonderful location, walking distance to amazing tacos, fabulous bakery, and a very handy market. There are wonderful elements that include comfortable beds and very nice sheets and towels. The kitchen was well furnished, allowing us to have several family meals there together. The owners were quite responsive, although we really didn’t have any questions because everything was exactly as posted. Highly recommend!

Perfect Home in Perfect Location

This home was amazing for our large group. Space for everyone, so well stocked, and the hosts were awesome with communication and suggestions. Location is also fabulous. Close to downtown and in the cutest neighborhood. We walked around everywhere. Kids loved the play structure in backyard ping pong foosball tables in game room!

Best Vacation House in Seattle!

We stayed at this amazing home in Queen Anne this fall and everyone in our group was so impressed with it. We come to visit our family here several times a year and this is the best vacation rental we have stayed in by far. The hosts were very kind and left us some sweet local snacks to enjoy which was so appreciated after a long day of travel. The home had everything we needed + more. The kids really appreciated the play room + gaming console + playset in the backyard. We all LOVED the location with a grocery store and bakery / coffee place around the corner and it was so easy to get downtown. We can't wait to stay again on our next trip to Seattle!

Book club weekend

This is a lovely property, exactly as advertised. The members of our group were all able to have their own beds (family shared), and everyone found the their beds very comfortable. The rooms are all spacious (and clean!) and there are multiple gathering areas. We walked to the local bakery each morning. Most of our group (age 50+) also walked to the Seattle Center: easy and pleasant walk. Sarah was very helpful: provided us good information and responded to any questions right away. Great location in a wonderful city!

Women's Adventure Trip

Every summer and through my business, iGnite Your Life, I lead a women's adventure trip. This year I chose the Seattle area and rented this amazing house as our home base, and it was perfect! The house was home to 12 women and despite having 3 full bathrooms, it worked out perfectly. We all loved and felt completely safe in the Queen Anne neighborhood. The location was convenient to everything we needed. Additionally, Sarah was wonderful to communicate with. She was hospitable responsive. Thank you, Sarah!

Just the perfect place for our family

This home is beautiful and was perfectly situated atop Queen Anne to allow for easy walks to coffee, groceries, restaurants and amazing Seattle views. The backyard is private and parking plentiful on property and on the street.

Wonderful location and amazing, thoughtful details!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house is spacious and well appointed, and the host could not be more thoughtful. She left snacks for us as we arrived late and was very responsive with everything you could possibly think of or need. I would highly recommend staying in this charming and updated house!

Perfect Wedding Stay

We were a large family with five couples and three small children. We were in Seattle for a family wedding.The house was great for us, good communal space, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and.....toys and outdoor space for the children. We had two cars and there was no problem parking. Coffee shops, a bakery and a grocery all within walking distance. We didn't have any problems but when we had questions, the host was quick to respond. Nice location up on the hill.

Seattle Birthday Trip

We had a wonderful stay in Queen Anne. The house was perfect for mixed family and accomodated us very nicely. It had everything we needed and more! The hosts were responsive and kind. The house is located in a fantastic area, to take a walk, or enjoy the neighborhood amenities. We will definitely be back!
