  • We are SUPER HOST (at Airbnb). Relax with the whole family at this charming 3 bedroom/2 bath Seattle house. It is conveniently located near all amenities and public transportation. Quiet neighborhood and only 5 minute walk to the light rail (which runs from the airport all the way into Seattle), 20 minute walk to Columbia City.

This property was very beautifully designed for our weekend stay. It’s on a nice area and the neighbors were friendly. The master bedroom bed is pretty high to climb in but other than that everything was perfect. Definitely would stay there again.

Nice place

Property looks nice and clean. Convenient coffee station. Surprisingly, no forks in the kitchen. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Visisting our Marine

This was a great location for getting around to different areas in Washington. The stop for the train was a short walk away which makes getting into Seattle great.

Easy to check in instructions and home was spacious for 5 adults. Location was not far from downtown Seattle and airport.

Central location

We had multiple reservations in the city that weekend and wanted a low key place to chill in our down time. This place checked all the boxes and would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Concert

The house was very nice and cozy. My family and I attended a concert at Lumen Field and the Railway was two blocks away and took us to the field, it was very easy access.

The place is clean, I saw ant traps but did NOT see ANY bugs. The place looks bigger in the pictures, but it’s cute and served its purpose. It was an easy transaction, and pretty quick responses to questions before stay. The only kind of complaint is only overhead lighting in living room which was very bright. Only kids would be able to sleep in the bunk beds, the bed is very uncomfortable for an adult. We walked everywhere night and day and never felt unsafe and found no issues with the neighborhood. Next door neighbor has fun lights in the yard at night.

Light rail

Very close to the light rail. Made getting to downtown Seattle very easy. Nice little house, accommodated our family nicely.

Exactly as advertised and perfect for our needs!

This house was perfect for our family’s needs during our 6 day stay in Seattle. Every inch of the house was designed with thought, the beds were extremely comfortable, the layout and living areas made sure everyone had their space and the driveway to park the car after a long day was incredible! Thank you for sharing this property with us!

Good central location

The space was efficient for what we needed. The response was quick when we needed something. The only suggestion I would make is to let your quests know there are ants that crawl all over the kitchen counters if fruit is laid out.

Clean and comfortable!

We really enjoyed staying here. The home was in a lovely neighborhood, was clean and comfortable, just a short walk to the light rail which allowed us easy access to the city, and was spacious for our family of 6. Going across the light rail tracks to access the grocery store in the evening hours is not recommended as homeless and drug addicts abound. I’d stay here again but be sure to be home early.

Concerning Neighborhood / Sparse Amenities

The neighborhood was a bit concerning and gave me pause. It was very densely populated with run down homes and pick up trucks up and down the street. It was, surprisingly quiet, however. Poor lighting in bedrooms with the exception of the master. Ant traps were found full of ants. I think the home was very expensive for few, if any, amenities. I would not stay here again.

Perfect for our family

We enjoyed our stay in Seattle. The house we rented was great for our needs. It was clean and we loved having a kitchen. We decided not to rent a car and one of the reasons we picked this house was how close it was to the train station. It was perfect! It was less than a 5 minute walk to the train and we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go in Seattle.

Close to light rail

Host very responsive and accommodating. Nice house, and close to light rail. Neighborhood is rough though. We didn't have any issues just not the greatest area.

Great property located walking distance to the Lite Rail. It was very handy to get to Lumen Field for a concert. The house was spacious and clean. It met all our needs. Communications with the owners did take a while to get any response. But for the most part was unneeded. Would stay here again.

Great place

We had a great stay while in Seattle. The train is close by if you choose to use it to get downtown. Parking in town can get spendy. The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious. My only complaint would be that there was no dishwasher soap or trash bags but no huge deal. I went and purchased some and left at the house. Overall we had a great stay and would stay there again. Thank you!

Visiting

Place was dirty, couch so nasty. Couldn’t even sit on it to watch the only TV in the house. Home in the floor with black tape on it. The chairs at kitchen table were about to fall apart. So it was a struggle to sit and have conversations with my family that meet me there from Alaska.
