I grew up in Seaside Park on Bayview Avenue. This location is better. Looking down Island Beach and seeing both the Ocean and the Bay is serene. Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the ocean all night is the best way to sleep. The private beach is the best. No other place on the East Coast is better.

360 Degree Oceanfront and Sound Views!

First time “down the shore” in NJ and this condo is spectacular! Years at the Outer Banks of NC for comparison, and this is on par with them! Island Beach State Park right in front of 3rd floor spacious balcony, with lots of seating of various types. Cushions if you need them. Towels and linens, stocked water fridge upon arrival, state of the art LG washer/dryer, equipped kitchen (thank you for initial K-cup stock) and big refrigerator. Loved the quiet, friendly neighbors (didn’t meet them until the last day), excellent A/C, TVs and streaming services abound - AppleTV, Prime Video, Netflix, Peacock, and more! My Mom and I loved it and did not want to leave😀 Order in or cook, it’s all easy here!! Easy front door entry and elevator is a plus to someone with mobility issues. New bathrooms - the master spa is wonderful!! You will not be disappointed. Lots of special welcoming touches so appreciated 😀 Hope to return to our new South Seaside Beach spot of paradise!!

Great view

The view of the dunes, bay, and ocean all at the same time is ideal. We brought binoculars to view far off places. The beds were very comfortable. The elevator was a plus for getting your luggage to the 3rd floor. Check in was very easy and the wine fridge full of water was appreciated. The pool was sparkling and clean. The walkway area to the beach has been redone and is very nice with two areas to rinse off. Thank you for a relaxing week.

Beautiful spot

The view is one of the best in the Jersey shore. Property is very clean and the photos are just as we found the unit. Nice touches like plenty of hangers (often don’t find enough in rentals!) and a starter fridge of beverages. We will be back!

Location, Location, Location!

Great location. The State Park on the southside of our balcony was wonderful as a view and for peace and tranquility. The HVAC system is a bit noisy, and we had some activity from rodents in the ceiling one night - both of which pale in comparison to the good qualities of this condo and location. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and you can't beat the location. Close to the action/boardwalk if you want to go to that kind of scene, or peace and quiet if you want to stay away from it.

Amazing location

The location of this condo is absolutely perfect! Definitely coming back next year. Very quiet location but still plenty of restaurants and ice cream places within walking distance. Listening to the live music every day across the street at the Tiki bar was a total bonus. The condo was updated and i so appreciated that the towels and linens were al provided. One less thing to pack! The owner was so easy to deal with and we had a seemless vacation! Thanks so much!

Gorgeous views - best in Seaside Park!

This property allows for amazing views of the ocean, bay and dunes of Island Beach State Park from the 3rd floor balcony. It’s a peaceful place to stay, friendly neighbors, private beach with plenty of space to spread out, great restaurants in walking distance, etc. This condo provided ample space for a family of 5, a well stocked Kitchen, and a cozy living area with fun games to play with the family. Looking forward to staying again in the future!
