Great location in Seaside. Walking distance to Broadway St. Large older beach house. Check in was easy. We had an issue with the clogged sink in the bathroom that was not fixed during our stay and did not have any communication about that to tell us what the plan was. Also had to call to fix wifi, that did get fixed.

Great Beach House for the whole family

The property was exactly as listed, and had everything we needed for a family vacation and cooking in. Great location…. Close enough to walk to downtown but enough away from the crowds to have some beach to yourself.

Property was as described with plenty of room. Lots of blankets and spare pillows made our stay very comfortable, as well as the multiple seating areas.

Great location- easy to walk to the beach and downtown area. Unfortunately you can’t open any windows and the AC small unit was not great so it was quite stuffy-one of the advantages of being so close to the ocean is the breeze/sound and all the windows said do not open.. other than that it was a good place and hard to beat the location!

Perfect location!

Our girls trip was a success in part to the wonderful location of this house. Kitchen is very well equiped and rooms slept everyone comfortably. Bring your own outside furniture, if you plan to watch the sunset.

Great location, on the boardwalk and beach

First, this is a typical beach house in a great location. If you’re a pet owner, this property has a great fenced backyard to exercise and enjoy your pets. Both the beach and boardwalk are easy walks to cafes and grocery stores. There are great sleeping and family gatherings areas with Ocean views. Good value for a family gathering.. we will be back.

This house needs to be updated. We had to open the doors and windows to let in fresh air. This is an older home and it smells like it.Day 1- the toilet upstairs did not work. When talking to the host the statement was made to “just use the other bathrooms”. That is not what I paid for.Day 2- the ants got into our food. No compunction was offered to replace our food. They did come out and spray, but it was two more days of dealing with ants.We did bring our 2 dogs and I don’t believe the grass had been mowed for weeks. Kind of hard to clean up after our pets.The drive way into the property is narrow. We drive trucks and it was hard to maneuver around to park in the carport.

We had a roof leak while staying. Management got right on it! The home is older and could use some maintenance and updates. Great location!

Seaside beach house

Overall it was a great experience to get away from all the jam packed city life and just kick back and relax on the beach. No sunshine came through at all but the weather was not bad to just sit outside or open all the windows and let the fresh sea air enter the house. Everyone was very happy overall.

Great location!

There are some downfalls to the property, in our case mainly windows that cannot be opened. It is not an updated or new property but the location outweighs the downfalls. For our family the location was worth the price.

Seaside Thanksgiving

Super old house. Funky and cool. All the amenities. Suggestions for place; Living Room lights are way too bright. Suggest replacing bulbs with a warmer light. Otherwise it’s a 5 star place.

Smell was unbearable! Urine soaked carpets! Windows almost none of which could be opened, signs telling you "do not open"!! Horribly misreprsented by pictures and property description!! Would never rent this again! Stay away! Had to go get a hotel! Could not stay!!

Big, needs working windows

The house was spacious, a lot of beds, most of beds and bathrooms are upstairs. Half of the windows are broken and don’t open/close, they need to be fixed since fresh air is a must in this house. It was a super close walk to the beach! Probably not a house you want to bring little children to.

It was ok. The house has a great location but it’s old and needs serious updating. For the price they ask we expected much more. We willNot be renting there again. You couldn’t open windows at the beach. And there’s no A/C. That alone was problematic and there were ants. We love the charm but it’s way past time for a refresh.

Old, smelly, no maintenance

It smelled, there was heat on a cold day, it is outdated and there is no maintenance-the radiator system does work and only one of the two space heaters worked while one window was falling out of the building - about a 2 inch crack around 1/2 of it and the upstairs windows did not close with the window cranks. Plus the only way to see the ocean is a glimpse from the upstairs.

Smells like urine and was extremely dirty.

We rented this house to get married on the beach. The location was wonderful. However, when we arrived to the house, it was extremely dirty and all of the carpet smells like dog pee. They did come in and do additional cleanings which meant we had to leave for periods of time. And we ended up purchasing an odor eliminator spray and used half of the bottle for it to be manageable. If you have any kind of sense of smell, this place is not for you.
