    This newly appointed Seaside gem is perfect for a small family or a few friends to get away for some rest, relaxation, and a little vitamin "sea".😊
    Get all comfy in front of the massive flat screen and if tv isn't your thing it's mounted right above a beautiful gas fireplace. Just perfect for those balmy beach nights.
    The Kitchen is fully loaded with dishwasher and full size stove and refrigerator. Cook and bakeware is provided to prepare meals for 6 guest. The deck just outside the kitchen has a gas grill, picnic table and plenty of seating. There is also a waffle iron and insta-pot for your convenience.
    This house is made for and appointed for guests comfort. Have a seat on the front deck and enjoy the quiet and listen to the waves lapping at the shore, or retire to the living room and the cozy sectional where you can sink in and catch a movie. The back deck has a grill and picnic table or play games or put a puzzle together at the dining room table. Even prepare a gourmet meal in the fully stocked Kitchen. The Orca House has everything needed to make your beach get-a-way extra special. Make your reservations today!

The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Very close to the ocean. Pet friendly. Enough for 2 cars to park. We would book the Orca house again.

The property's location was a half a block to the promenade walkway and the trail to the beach. Home is very nice, clean and the beds are very comfortable. Nice back deck and yard for the dog.

The orca house felt very clean. They thought of every amenity you could need. The best part is how close you are to the beach and also to downtown. The front decks are perfect to sunbath and enjoy the water view. We will definitely be coming back.

This was our second time staying at the Orca Beach house and we absolutely loved it. It’s so close to the beach and all the restaurants and fun things to do in Seaside. We will definitely stay here again.

This home was perfect for us. My husband and I, along with my mom and our 2 dogs, to celebrate his 77th birthday. Steps from the beach and downtown Seaside. Our son and his wife joined us for his birthday dinner, and the kitchen accommodated all of our preparations. Plenty of cookware, sharp knives and storage containers.

Wonderful stay and fantastic property. It was a tease as we only had 3 days, but loved every minute. Will definitely plan on staying again…for longer next time!

Fun at Seaside

This stay was for all girls, Mom, Grandma, Daughter and Granddaughter. We enjoyed this wonderful place with ideal location to all that Seaside had to offer.

Great way to Recharge

My family loved staying at the Orca Beach house. Its super close to the boardwalk and beach. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet too! We will definitely stay here again.

Mini family reunion

Cozy house with everything you could possibly need. Great location and easy access to the boardwalk and town. Loved all the different sitting areas especially the outdoor space. Would love to come back again!

Absolutely perfect

We have stayed at plenty of beach houses and this was by far the best one we’ve ever stayed in. The location could not be beat, we walked to the promenade every day with 2 toddlers. The cleanliness and layout of the house was perfect for us and the fenced backyard made our pup very happy. We have already talked about booking another trip to seaside solely because this house was so nice.

Cozy, clean with views!

The home is so well kept, kitchen very well stocked (even oils and spices were clean!). All in good working order. Great selection of games, with all their pieces! Very comfortable furnishings. Perfect location, an ocean view from the front deck and less than a block to the prom and beach.
