  • FRENTE AL MAR - Precioso condominio en la planta baja, con fácil acceso a la playa y amplias vistas al océano. Patio con vista al famoso Paseo Marítimo y con solo unos pasos hacia el sendero de la playa, este condominio es perfecto para una escapada a la playa. Restaurantes y tiendas están a 2 cuadras al norte, y por supuesto, la playa; solo pasos hacia adelante. La sala de estar tiene un plano de planta abierto con un sofá cama queen size y una cama murphy queen size. El dormitorio principal tiene una acogedora cama king size y el baño principal tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha. El segundo baño es común al pasillo. La cocina está totalmente equipada e incluye lavavajillas. Muebles de exterior para su disfrute en el patio para ver las hermosas puestas de sol. Lavandería con monedas en el lugar. Estacionamiento para 2 vehículos. A poca distancia de casi cualquier lugar de la ciudad. Sin mascotas. NOTA: ESTA ES UNA PROPIEDAD DE NO FUMAR.

A great spot to stay being so close to the beach and easy access to and from!!! Spacious with lots of sleeping spots and 2 bathrooms made it easy to manage with 5 kids! Definitely recommend!

The family had a great time in seaside. This location was exactly what we wanted. Right on the promenade so we can look out at the ocean. We had on issue with the pull out couch bed but the host responded the next day and sent someone out to try and get things fixed. The condo had a few other small things like miss colored repairs in the bathroom wall. Overall I think it is a great spot and we had a great time.

Great location! The mattress in the bedroom can be updated. It is uncomfortable and worn. The couch and chair in the main room are stained pretty badly. Address those issues and this is a 5 place.

This is a great pace to stay.. beach is just 1 minute away and you can’t beat the view from the back patio. I would give this place a 5 star rating, but , the beds really need to be updated . Nothing was comfortable for me or my wife.. that’s just in my opinion.. other than that the place is awesome.

My husband and I love this beach side location. For us the first floor floor was perfect. I was worried we wouldn’t be able to see the ocean, but we could. And the patio gave us a little bit of a block from the wind, which was nice. This location is right along the promenade so we were able to take a stroll in both directions to see the really cool houses. It’s also very convenient to walk to Broadway, which is where all of the fun restaurants and activities are located. The sunsets were amazing and even though the high was only 60 it felt much warmer. We really like the fact that there were two bathrooms and then we folded out the couch for another bed just so we could watch TV and see the ocean at the same time.

This was our first trip to Seaside

We were delighted with this first-floor oceanfront condo. It was nicely furnished and so very comfortable. The perfect spot for us.

Seaside

Enjoyed our stay. The stairwell was closed for a couple of days, which was a little inconvenient. The beds and bedding could use some updating, but overall we were happy with our stay.
