A perfect beach house for watching the ocean and weather in October. I brought my two adult sons for a "Mom and Sons Retreat". We left the wives and grandchildren at home. It was a lovely, relaxing stay--something I've wanted to do for a long time, and it was exactly as I imagined it would be. My little pup loved the beach. Hiked Indian Beach Trail, just minutes away. The trail is stunning. A moderate hike.

We were very disappointed with this property and would not recommend it. For over 5,000 for four nights, including a cleaning fee, the home was in unacceptable condition. Cleanliness was a major issue For the price charged, the condition of this property fell far below expectations. Guests should be aware that both cleanliness and maintenance were lacking during our stay.

Beautiful location and home!

We were in OR for a family wedding and decided to extend our stay for a few days to the coast. We are so glad we did. This house is located right on the water with a gorgeous view! We loved walking to the beach each day and night. The house was large enough so everyone had their own space and we weren’t on top of one another. The view from the upstairs was stunning. We loved it and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for being dog friendly. Our girl loved the ocean so much!

On The Prom & Close to Town

Great house right on the Prom overlooking the ocean. The house was perfect for a stormy weekend at the beach. Started out a little rough with the codes/lock not working, but once inside, everything was 5 stars.

Amazing views

The views from the upstairs of the home can not be beat! It is a beautiful home that had everything you could want or need for your stay. It’s an easy walk to downtown and step from the prom for your daily walks/runs. However, there was no pantry/cupboards space available for our food which made the kitchen look cluttered and messy. The picture of the yard provided was also not accurate. The flower beds and yard not been taken care of. But, it did have a fenced yard that was perfect for our dogs.

Fridge doesn’t work

Property management knew the fridge was not cooling properly and never informed us. The wine fridge started leaking a bit, and the cleanliness of the master bath left something to be desired. The grout was stained, the floor looked as if it hadn’t been mopped in a long time. Management was nice enough to address the concerns about the fridge, and offered to bring a cooler, but it was a known issue and we were never made aware prior to arriving. Although the response from management was prompt and polite, the fridge never got lower than 45° so all perishables were at risk.

Great location!

Awesome home and accurately described. Thanks to previous reviews i figured out the refrigerator door i could see that being an issue if you have kid's in and out. Beds were comfortable and a great location

Kitchen Problems

This home is gorgeous but there are a few issues in the kitchen that need attention. I had read about issues with the oven so wasn’t surprised when we could never get it to come up to temperature. More upsetting was the $300+ of groceries that we couldn’t use because the fridge never got cold enough. We were there over New Year’s weekend with eight of us in attendance, and our New Year’s dinner of ham, scalloped potatoes, veggies, along with the rest of our food, ended up being inedible. I connected right away with a Vacasa representative and have submitted copies of our grocery receipts, but have only been offered $200 for our trouble. Would love to stay at this property again but not with these issues still unresolved. The customer service reps I did speak with were very attentive but would appreciate a swift resolution.

Perfect house

I rented this house for a girls weekend getaway. It was the perfect location to walk to town and had the most beautiful view and great beach access! We were blown away by how well-appointed the kitchen was. It had everything we needed. The whole house was very clean as well! I'd definitely rent this house again.

Great place to stay

This home was perfect. The location and views, close to the beach and downtown area. It was well stocked with everything you might need. There were lots of games, puzzles and books. There were lots of things for the kids to do as well. The beds were very comfortable. The property is very clean and the fenced yard for the dogs was great as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing week
