The house was large and was on the beach. However, the kitchen was stocked with old teflon pans that were flaking, and the hot water heater didn't appear to be able to fill the jacuzzi tub with adequate water before turning cold. All that being said, the beds were very comfortable, and there was more than enough seating, plus the beach view from the second story was priceless! Also the heating was very nice, the whole house was very warm on the very cold weekend we stayed, even the floors were very toasty! They also have speed queens in the laundry room, that was a big plus with the towels we washed, that's a top notch brand

Absolutely beautiful home. Great views, short walk to beach. Fit 6 people comfortably. Had everything we needed. Communicated well through the entire process. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful panoramic view of the ocean. Disappointed over lack of fans in upstairs rooms and being unable to open a window to cool. However, beds were comfortable. Would have been nice to include some coffee. Great set up for everyone to have space.

First time staying at Frannie’s Beachfront house for our family. The house was perfect! It was a short walk to the beach, close to the shops and restaurants. The only bad thing about our stay was the kitchen was not very clean when we arrived.The table was dirty and the drawer for the utensils was really dirty but it was not a big deal. I would suggest a deep cleaning in the kitchen. The property management Vacasa offered to send someone to clean it but I had already done it myself. It was so nice to get a welcome message from them and checking if everything was good. We will be staying here again. My kids loved it.

Great house and location!

Spacious (seriously huge!) house with beautiful views and easy access to the beach. Clean and the beds were very comfortable. House is dated but cozy. Parking area is torn up and the caution tape did not make for a great first impression. Kitchen supplies are old and unorganized but worked for our needs. We would definitely stay there again IF we stay in Seaside. Seaside seems to begetting run down and sketchy.

Nice location but needs some updates.

Traveled from East Coast to stay with family. Oven didn't work, knew ahead of time. Linens for bedding and towels are older. Could use updated pots and pans as they are older. There was a box for roaster oven but we didn't see it. Lots of cobwebs. Bedding also needs updating. Overall great location and view.

Oven doesn't work, neither do HDMI ports

Be warned: the oven does not work ... at all! Either plan on using the cook top or going out to eat. And fo not planning on being a fire stick or other streaming device, the HDMI ports on the TV do not work. It's too bad because the location is great and the house is nice.

Perfect location and views. Upstairs is very cool. Comforters were warn out, kitchen supplies lacking. (No spatula, frying pans in bad shape). Cupboards and drawers a bit dirty. Furniture outdated and worn. With updating, this would be an incredible place.

Stay at seaside

The house was nice but needs a lot of work. Needs paint, the bedding is way out dated and old, the windows were filthy. Hard to enjoy the view with dirty windows. The oven doesn’t work and only 3 burners on the stove works. We did enjoy the stay but it could have been much better. In the end we loved the beach and Astoria. The house needs a lot of help.

Amazing location and property

Such amazing views from the property and gorgeous interior, especially the upper level! The bluff trails start directly from the back door leading to the beach. Note that there are 2 sets of stairs - one directly leading up to the main level from the front door and another to go to the upper level.

Spacious property, perfect for groups & families!

This beachfront property was absolutely stunning! Relaxing and spacious accommodations with so much room! Multiple levels allowed parties to rest, go to the beach, cook meals, and visit without being crowded. The tidepools on the beach here are STUNNING with green anemones and starfish that are easy to access right on the beach. Each member of our party stated that this was the only beachfront property we will ever recommend. It was that good!

Wonderful house!

We absolutely loved this house! We will definitely stay here again in the future. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the upstairs living area was the real stunner! The ocean views were fantastic. Very peaceful and quiet. My only suggestion is that the cookware needs to be updated, the pots and pans are all old and there weren’t standard cooking utensils. Also, there were no Kleenex anywhere and the toilet paper was so rough for blowing noses. Other than that, it was perfect, and we had a great time.

The house was very nice very spacious. My only complaint would be TVs to small and needs more wash rags & bath towels There’s only four of us there and they only had four wash rags so in the house says asleep six so there wouldn’t be enough for everybody

This is the second time staying at this property. Needs good deep cleaning, especially bedding (not sheets). Outside of building is showing wear, especially decks. Other than that, location sells this house.

Not great

The only really good thing about this property is the location/view. Pretty much everything else is old, worn, dated, and overused. Furnishings and linens look like they were acquired at a thrift store ten years ago. There were two fireplaces that didn't work and two broken coffee pots. Looked very clean but found a couple spiders in corners and empty beer bottles in a closet. We moved an end table and it was clear no one had bothered to vacuum there. No outdoor furniture and decks and stairs need attention. Reached out to host first night then never heard back again. Do not recommend.
