Space foe everyone

For our large group it had enough space for everyone to move around, large kitchen, and we used the fire pit every night. Met our needs perfectly.

Large space with nice views. Noticed first day home has no ac. Floors were dirty. Hole in ceiling upstairs with mold. House overall smelled musty. I slept in the downstairs bedroom and froze every night. House served our purpose but was nothing to write home about.

The house size is large. The floors are uneven due to the age of home. Back fenced in area has loose netting that can easily be pushed by a dog or kid. The furniture pieces are old and some do not make sense of their purpose. Parking is perfect for two vehicles unless someone is at the cottage next door, you are backing up onto the main road. No aluminum foil or handy Ziploc bags. An assortment of odds and ends in the kitchen. Dishware isn't matching. There's a huge assortment even in the bedroom there's dishware on the shelves for storage. Curtains would be appreciated in the living room. Not all TVs are smart TVs as indicated. This house needs a makeover.

First family VRBO experience

It was my family first VRBO getaway and we are all please of the place. It’s what we looking for! We celebrate couple of my families bday. We enjoined the view specially the water and the sunset. We even had firewood to enjoy our night outside. Grill are all equip, kitchen etc. the place even have toys for kids. Bathroom are clean and had enough towels for all of us family of 12. Overall it was a great experience. We definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

Family extended weekend

Property was great. The only issues we ran into were shortage of towels and no plastic wrap/foil in kitchen. Talked to the management company and they were very apologetic. Said it was usually fully stocked, etc.

Nice location - needs TLC

Home needed a very deep cleaning. The floors were dirty, very limited towels and washcloths for a party of 6 adults and 4 children. It took nearly 2 hours for a return call from property managers on Saturday morning after we blew a breaker Zoë breakfast. As says they’re available 24/7. We had lots of laughs and fun at the beach, which was about 15-20 min walk.

Great location and easy communication

This house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, very close to town and was plenty big for our family. It is a very interesting, with a bit of quirkiness to it. The biggest disappointments were that there isn't a shower on the main floor downstairs, one of the rooms upstairs has a rather low ceiling for my tall sons and the kitchen wasn't stocked in the way most VRBOs are. In example, there was no wine opener and a few things like that. However, we had a great time and there is a store nearby.

Not recommended - Needs Cleaning and better communication

Our stay was not pleasant. The floor was very dirty. Our feet were more dirty walking inside the house than bare-footed outside. With that we’re not sure how clean everything else was. We also contacted them regarding the water hose in the backyard but did not receive a respond all weekend. We will not be staying here again, nor will we recommend this place to others.

Good enough!

We had a party of 12, mixture of kids & adults. Property was mostly as expected, a little rough around the edges. Close to the promenade and has a beautiful river view. The house is old, quirky, and it doesn’t appear to be updated overall and none of the “updates” seem to be recent. The basic stuff was clean- kitchen, bathroom, floors. There was a lot of old dust in certain areas we could avoid touching such as the fireplace, behind/under furniture, curtains. Definitely made us wonder what we couldn’t see. The house does need an overall good cleaning and update. We were bummed that all the outdoor furniture was dirty, we couldn’t use any of it. Backyard and view was nice though. The main floor had a bedroom and bathroom which was great for my parents who are unable to take stairs. However the bathroom on the main floor has a spa tub and no shower, so they couldn’t bathe during our stay. So not handicap friendly. All the kids stayed in the bedroom upstairs that had a bunk bed and full size bed. There was a bedroom with a Queen and twin bed, and another bedroom with a queen bed. I layed down on top of the bedspread and when I got up I was covered in dog hair. There’s another house on the property that I’m assuming someone lives in. Overall it was good enough, but we won’t be staying there again. The location is great.

Perfect fit for large family group

This house is great! We had four families with lots of kids and it was a perfect fit for us. The kids and dog loved having the yard overlooking the river. There was a fire pit too for s’mores. It’s a 10 min easy walk to the beach but there is also free parking for those that didn’t want to walk. The house was well stocked with towels, bedding, and kitchen items. We didn’t feel crammed in. Great price too. Highly suggest it, would use it again.

Nice Seaside Getaway For Family

The home was older, but nice. A well equipped kitchen, with all the needed appliances, plates, and utensils. There are multiple areas for a family to enjoy different activities with multiple TV’s, although they were Roku equipped and if your not familiar with streaming and don’t have accounts the viewing options are limited. The internet connection was solid and easy to access. There is a huge backyard with a large deck. The views of the river and estuary were spectacular. Good access to the river from the property. We would be happy to stay here again on a visit to Seaside.

2022 Family Beach Trip

House was very spacious and lots of room. loved the back yard and view. all rooms had more than enough space. loved all the decorations and the stairs were our favorite. we did have trouble with ants in the kitchen, bedroom (downstairs), entry way, and back out side door. found a few spiders as-well. some rooms needed a little extra cleaning around the ceiling and baseboard. other than that, we loved it and would most defiantly stay again.
