Home was an easy fit for four adults and our two pups. Backing up to the Seaside golf course allowed for abundant bird and wildlife watching. Delightful to watch the two adult bald eagles in the tree on the course. Front, unobstructed view of the beach/ocean/surfers/storm was great as well. Large living space would work very well for a family. Our weather wasn’t super conducive to using the deck and I can see that would be nice in summer. Great proximity to downtown seaside or a quick drive to CB. Home amenities are more than adequate. Kitchen space is efficient yet very small. No more than two cooks. Definitely squeeze if preparing for a group. Bathrooms are very nice and appear to have been updated pretty recently. We had a very nice time. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home for a family or two couples traveling together.

Great location--across the street from the beach. Beds comfortable and living area large and welcoming. Kitchen is small but adequately stocked for basic meals.We played board games at the large dining room table which could have benefitted from a little more light.Cute home, lovely stay!!

Great space, great location!

Stayed for a weekend with the family (4). We saw a bald eagle on the golf course in the back! Great living space, the beds were comfortable, very nice bathrooms and kitchen, would have loved a hot tub, but not necessary with the beach right there across the street. A great stay!

Hidden Gem in plain sight!

We have been to Seaside many times but never in this beautiful hidden cove. The beach is far less crowded than the other one on the main drag. The house is conveniently directly across the street just a stone’s throw away. The house is quite comfortable and had everything we needed for a fun weekend at the beach. We cooked dinner in and had all the pots and utensils needed. We had a 10yo with us and she loved it. I wouldn’t recommend the house for very young children as there is a loft with very steep stairs. Dog friendly was an amazing perk but we did have to watch them closely as the backyard is not fenced. Would stay again!

This beautiful home is immediately across from beach access. It was warm, clean, has lots of natural light, spacious, and well appointed. I loved the many stained glass windows, and the history of the house that hangs on the refrigerator. Seaside is just a few minutes away.

Lovely weekend!

The house was clean, well stocked and had fun decor and games for the kids. The loft and twin beds were perfect for the kids, beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend and we will stay here again!

Multi Family Getaway

We had a lovely stay! The location is beautiful. Through the front windows you could see the ocean and through the back was the golf course. We watched golfers swing past everyday! It was really nice to be steps from the beach with the kids and dog. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed to cook our own meals. A quick drive into town, we recommend playing a round at the golf course and having lunch at Ruby’s up the street!

Great place

We enjoyed ourselves here. Communication with the property manager was the only demerit -- I emailed twice to ask if the yard was fenced for dogs and never got a reply. (It isn't.). Otherwise, the place is great and location is wonderful.

Great spot

Fun house in an awesome location. Cross the street and you’re on the beach. Look out back and watch golfers. Can walk into Seaside or short drive. Plenty of space and all the kitchen basics you need. Would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful property. Kids loved the loft area. Huge back deck overlooking the golf course. 10 steps to the beach. Great fireplace to build fires. Very cozy. Beds were super comfortable. Loved the house!

Great stay in Seaside

The property was well suited for our itinerary for a week in Seaside. Great quiet location, across from the beach and easy access to amenities in town and the surrounding area. The house was a little more rustic than we were anticipating but grew to really like it. My only recommendation would be better beds. Thanks.
