The hot tub and fire pit were great for a clear winter night. The kitchen had everything you could need. Just a couple blocks to the beach. Great yard for dogs.

Met our basic needs, exterior needs some TLC (weeds growing in rain gutters, yard minimally maintained). There was an ironing board but no iron, the washer and dryer did function but not well. Well-stocked kitchen (dishes, pans) but almost too much. Some dishes chipped. There were so many knick-knacks, it felt a bit cluttered. Just a few suggestions, overall we were satisfied.

Great location but broken hot tub

My daughter with her husband & my husband & I had a nice stay at this property. Its location was great near an entrance with a less busy side of the beach. There is a small store just a short walk, & a dog-friendly Mexican restaurant down the street.I appreciated being able to walk just a couple of blocks to the waves, & it was really nice to have a private, fenced backyard for the dogs. I spent more money than I was planning per night to specifically rent a place with a hot tub, so I was very disappointed when I got the text from the property manager a couple weeks prior that the hot tub was broken & wouldn’t be fixed before we came. I really wanted to get warm in the hot tub after a cooler day at the beach. It was too late to try to find a new rental for Memorial Day weekend. I wouldn’t have chosen a property without a hot tub. I was given a 33 refund, but that seems pretty minimal. I looked for beach chairs & didn’t find any, but there were 4 bikes available to use.It was nice that Vacasa was going to let us check in early, but we got a late start & didn’t make it before check-in. The checkout procedures were easy. When we had a concern, the property manager called us right back & helped us.

Great Family Friendly House

This house is very clean and cozy for a family. We brought three pre-teens and our family dog. The house is within walking distance to beach and downtown, but far enough down to be quiet. Hot tub was nice since it was raining most of our trip.

Some good, some could be better

On the plus side, the bed, the outside space for the dog, and the hot tub. The biggest problem was heat. The furnace was set at 60, but even when changed, only blew cold air. We found a couple of space heaters and turned on the wall heaters in the bathroom but it was after 10:00 before we were able to get out from under coats and blankets. The space heaters don't turn on and off cleanly and the lights flicker. The cover on the hot tub is water logged and can only be folded back half way. The tall stools at the table are unusable for shorter, older people. We only found out the night before we left that the coffee table had a top that could be used for eating. All three faucets didn't turn off easily. They needed to be jiggled to find the off spot. All in all the house felt dated but we had a great trip.

Absolutely idyllic

This lovely house is just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beach, around the corner from a handy market, and practically next door to the best breakfast/lunch restaurant in Seaside. You couldn't ask for a more pleasant, convenient, charming place to spend a week or two. A friendly neighborhood, a private back yard with hot tub, comfy beds. Sign me up for a repeat visit!

Perfect location

Just 3-4 blocks from The Promenade but in a quiet family neighborhood away from holiday traffic we stayed extended family of kids, grandparents, parents, and dogs. The kids loved the hot tub and we had fun. The yard was a little rough around the edges, but the house was clean and. Well stocked with towels and kitchen utensils.

Another great stay!

We've stayed at this home 4 times now and each time has been perfect. The location can't be beat and the fenced yard for the pups is great. The hot tub is wonderful to relax in after a long walk on the beach. We'll be back!

Adorable and Comfy

We had a wonderful little getaway with the family after midterms for my kiddo! Pet friendly and the most adorable backyard. Loved the hot tub! Kids bedroom was away from the adults which was really nice for all. Great getaway!!

Cute and cozy

We had a nice time and would use VACASA again. The home was cute and good fit for our family of 5. We used the sand toys, made s’mores in the backyard, and enjoyed the jacuzzi after the beach. The only issue we had was the heat. The furnace wasn’t working so we used the 2 plug in heaters and extra blankets. Overall and good experience.

Great location

Great location, 2 blocks from the beach on the quieter south end of town. Nice restaurant and convenient market right down the street. House was overall clean, we did notice the heater for the house did not function well, only circulated air (avg temp in house was 62, so not that bad but needed a sweatshirt, thermostat was set at 80 when we got there but just in fan only mode, heat mode did not work). It seemed only space heater in bathroom and bunk room worked.

Wonderful home and location! The beach is so nice,the house has everything

So perfect! We are all over 70 - 4 sisters - and really enjoyed everything! Many walk! Outside sitting! Wonderful kitchen. Great all around. Three items for review - kitchen faucet is very leaky and bathroom Upgrades (air freshener and tissues). And instructions for TV !

Relaxing vacation spot

The house is charming and old-fashioned on a quiet street. It was ruthlessly clean when we arrived and had everything we needed, though I would have appreciated a vacuum or broom to use given how much we were going in and out. At some point the wifi stopped working and after some troubleshooting we discovered it was because the GFCI outlet had tripped. We couldn't find the sand toys mentioned in the listing but luckily there are plenty of shells and sticks on the beach, so we didn't even miss them. There are plenty of towels, and toiletries are provided. There are laundry machines and we used the dryer for our swimsuits. We made good use of the hot tub. The backyard was great for hanging out, with seating in sunny and shady spots. The grill's thermometer is broken but otherwise it worked fine and propane is provided. There is also a hose back there, handy for hosing off the sand. The kitchen is well-equipped and had basic seasonings available. Excellent location close to the prom and a park with a playground, though getting to the commercial area requires a drive. We had a relaxing vacation and would definitely stay here again!
