The kitchen did not have much to cook with and a lot of items were broken. The downstairs was dirty (floors, baseboards, walls filthy). The hot tub had tons of sand in it. We were told we could check in early, we got there and a locksmith was there working that we were told nothing about. A rep then showed up from Vacasa, didn’t introduce herself until after she blocked our truck in with her car and walked past us and we asked who she was. We were told nothing about this, I’m glad my teenage daughter didn’t arrive alone before us as there was a man at the house we didn’t know about. One of the bedrooms has a closet that locks and my clothes got locked in there as there is no key to open it. The game room was pretty cool and location was nice. But, we won’t stay here again.

Really cute and cozy house with large kitchen! Plenty of parking in the driveway. Love the backyard with the fire pit. And the game roomIn the garage!! Easy and quick walk to the beach, the market and a few restaurants.

Lovely house. Everything was perfect other than the gas tank for the grill was empty so we could t grill. The house is spaceous and lovely kitchen for those who want to cook. We enjoyed the hot tub and the game room too!. Hot water in the shower even when we showered one after the other. The house is 4 blocks from the beach and 1 mile walk from Seaside downtown. I recomened you stay here. We loved the neighborhood.

18th Birthday getaway wasted.

Information on line is inaccurate. Hot tub was broke and I wasn’t told until too late to find another place. Outdoor party lights weren’t working and the grill was absolutely dirty to the point I wasn’t cleaning it for them. Neighborhood sketchy. Book says checkout time was 11 but I was told it was 10. I’m sending pictures of hot tub, grill and book all scratched out. Not the Vacasa business I know. :(

Seaside Cabin

Very clean. Good location, lots of kitchen items utensils spices, etc. hot tub actually got hot. The place in general just needs a little maintenance, but it is clean cozy and we had a great stay

Place was great Barbecue was rusted and had no propane called the service people, and they were very gracious and brought a new barbecue and a new propane tank Hot tub was excellent All the rooms are upstairs in the stairs are very narrow to go up I don’t think I would stay there again, even though it was nice

BEDBUGS! Unfortunately after our first night there, we had to pack all our belongings in garbage bags, buy chemicals to try and kill any bed bugs that may be in our suitcases or on our clothings and find a new place to stay for the rest of our vacation (we had flown in from out of state). Vacasa would not relocate us. One of our kids was bit by a bed bug and one member of our family isolated two bed bugs crawling across her pillow.

Cute Cottage, Needs Dining Table Light

Loved the house, it’s style and comforts. The weather forecast predicted mostly rain so we anticipated using the game room. However, the rain didn’t pour and it was partly sunny for our stay and we enjoyed walks along the beach sidewalk and grassy dunes to and from Seaside’s main street. It was a great stay! I must insist, however, that a light above the dining room table ought to be a “must have” in future. The hot tub was certainly a perk and much appreciated! We would certainly consider staying here in the future.

Nice winter getaway

We had an amazing time, and the couple issues we had were handled quickly. Had to call to get the gameroom code, even after asking for it ahead of time. Beds were amazing, decor was nice. Overall i would recommend staying here.

Seaside stay

House is in a fairly quiet neighborhood located about 5 blocks to the popular promenade. We had a problem with check in because the game room code wasn’t provided. I picked the house because of the game room. We called the general Vacasa number and were on hold for about 30 minutes so hung up and used the text method. We received a text saying that amenity wasn’t included with the house. Meanwhile, we called the local number and received the game room (located in the garage) code. There were only two kitchen garbage bags and one small roll of paper towels so bring your own if you need more. The hot tub was great and we enjoyed the provided board games. The house fit our needs perfectly and we had a great time with family. We would use the house again in the future
