Guest Access: You will have private access to the 3rd-floor condo and it's attached balconies. The enclosed patio is shared between the two condos in the house.
Other details to note: Guest Requirements Per Ordinance #179 & 55-3, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and staying on-site during the rental period. We kindly ask that the names, ages, and addresses of all guests be shared prior to check-in. For groups including guests under 21, the Borough of Toms River requires signed consent forms from a parent or guardian.
To maintain a quiet and respectful environment, outside visitors are not permitted. Groups made up entirely of guests under 21, or those exceeding the number of registered guests, may be unable to check in.
Subleasing & Third-Party Bookings For safety and consistency, reservations must be made by someone staying at the property. Subleasing or transferring a booking to another party is not permitted.

As per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Minimum age for rentals must be 25 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reservations can not have outside guests or visiting friends. Definitely a family friendly location. Kishore was a great host and made “shore”our stay was okay. The accommodations was clean and quiet which is what we were looking for. The beach is a block a way and everything was within 1/2 mile to mile away. The grocery store, the boardwalk, restaurants etc..

This property was fantastic. Perfect location, 1.5 blocks from the beach. A quick 5 min drive to seaside boardwalk. 10min walk, 2 min drive to acme. Condo was clean and spacious and the balcony with firepit was a favorite hangout spot. The spacious downstairs offered a nice alternative to being inside with plenty of space for eating /lounging. We would definitely rent this space again!
