Exactly like the pictures. Very nice, clean, and steps from the beach and boardwalk. We stayed at the start of the off season. It was a little colder at night. Recommend having extra blankets available. Other than that, everything was awesome.

Our second year staying at this incredible place and definitely won't be our last!! Jack, Joanne & Vivian run such a beautiful property. Everything is top notch - communication, cleanliness, parking, and easy access to the beach/boardwalk. After two years of staying there, we can not think of a single negative to mention - everything just exceeds our expectations!

This place was absolutely awesome-sauce. Location is PERFECT, they have the cutest patio and garden with flowers that you can tell they take care of. We got to check in a bit early and the hosts were super helpful and nice. It has such an homey feel and perfect views from the second floor unit. Even our downstairs neighbor who visits the property was great and comes back to visit yearly as we plan to do so as well!

Nice spot in a great location

I stayed in this apartment on a little beach trip with some friends. The apartment was exactly as pictured. It's very simple but very clean and comfortable. The location right next to the beach is fabulous. The outdoor space was very cute, and the washer-dryer in the building were great. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful, clean and comfy stay

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was clean, nice amenities, and cozy. Only a min walk to the boardwalk, 2 free parking spaces, wonderful communications from the owners.

The location is amazing

We really loved our stay here!! My wife is a huge Jersey Shore TV show fan and wanted to check this place out when we were in Jersey for a funeral. Our last couple days we stayed here and the steps away to the board walk was perfect. The environment and cleanliness was great. The host were such nice people that the locals happen to know the family. So it was super awesome to connect with the locals. If you are heading to Jersey shore you have to give this place a stay we will definitely come back

On the boardwalk in 30seconds or less.

You literally walk out the front door take a left and you are at the boardwalk steps. And in one minute you’re out on the beach.It is a very clean very nice place. However, we stayed during off-season. I can see where this would be a loud area to stay, especially with little children during high season due to the fact it is located next to one of the main parking areas for the boardwalk. If you have little ones or you like peace and quiet, after 10 o’clock, this may be a little louder than your liking, again during high season. Highly recommend staying here during the off-season, although not everything is open on the boardwalk, restaurants were easy to get into and the beach had very few people.

great getaway!

We visited during the off season which made for a peaceful and enjoyable visit - literally less than a minute from the boardwalk, so location cannot be beat. The place itself is comfortable and well decorated. In the summer, it'd be a dream spot. For this Thanksgiving weekend, it was also a dream spot!

Perfect shore house on the boardwalk

Beautiful property, comfortable beds, hot showers with great water pressure, everything to use the grills and kitchen, and close to all the action. All the comforts of home seamless and effortless. We loved grilling in the outdoor space and enjoyed the prestine gardens Vivian tends too, hosts were so friendly and the communication was excellent. We loved being able to see the ocean and boardwalk from the bedrooms! Thank you Vivian and Jack!

Summer trip

I haven’t been to seaside since I was a kid, since hurricane Andrew, 32 years to be exact, and what a great location! I’m always afraid to give kudos because it would be hard for me to book again lol, but I always have to make sure that good hosts get their compliments! Some listings are photo placed and you get there and it’s not what you expected. NOT THIS PLACE! The pics are accurate, actually the pics don’t do it justice. Jack and Vivian are attentive, if you have ANY ISSUES JACK AND VIVAN ARE THERE FOR YOU! the garden is gorgeous in the common area outside for you to enjoy your bbqing. The space was practically right on the water with an ocean view, I mean you could walk from the beach to the apartment, just amazing, so not to lug everything around. The beds were super comfortable, which is great cause I have a bad back, So much in fact I wanted one for home! I carry my whole house with me when I travel just in case, lol but this place has everything you need! Plus there is an acme and cvs right down the street just great! In the words of Arnold lol I’ll be back!

From the moment we inquired about the property to after we checked out the host was friendly and responsive! Answered all of our questions right away!
