This condo was absolutely one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. Clean. The extra parking pass. Great kitchen cute coffee bar. It was decorated so cute. Nice bathroom.

Nice unit just a short walk from the boardwalk. Clean and easy access. I was there in October for an event nearby, so I didn’t go to the beach. The property looks to be getting rehabbed, the room I was in was very nice, but the neighborhood is a little run down. That being said, there was lots of construction going on in the area and it looks to be on the up swing. For my purposes this was a very nice stay at a good price

Mini vacation

What a great location. I was a bit nervous with all the Memorial Day news that happened in Seaside , but this place was perfect. 300 feet to the boardwalk, and beach. We had parking pass which we never used but was so nice to have, 4 beach badges another great plus to have. I didn’t have to bring my own chairs and beach umbrella or towels Michale thought of everything. There is a welcome book with places to visit, eat, . The place is so close to the boardwalk but at night it was super quiet. Thank you for a very much needed relaxing vacation.

Great Location, but Communication Could Be Better

We enjoyed our stay at this rental, especially because of its fantastic location within walking distance to the Jersey Shore. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. However, we reached out to the host with a question and, unfortunately, did not receive a direct response. While this didn’t significantly impact our stay, more direct communication would have made the experience even smoother. Overall, a great spot for enjoying the beach, and we’d consider staying again!

Perfect Beachside Condo!

Pictures do not do this property justice! Beautifully decorated, spacious and immaculately clean. Not a single detail overlooked.... from the snacks on the coffee bar to the salt water taffy treats for his guests, Michael's special touches throughout the condo makes staying at this seaside retreat an absolute pleasure.The location could not be better, very central located and only a short walking distance to all the attractions... beaches, boardwalk, restaurants, and amusements.Michael's communications were superb – A five-star host! His check in instructions covered every single detail and he maintained good communication with me during my entire stay. I would have absolute confidence in booking any property that he hosts. I would definitely come back to this stylish condo. Would 100% recommend.

Attention to every detsil

What a little gem. This third floor condo in a very nicely converted beach block hotel was perfect for my brief stay. Every amenity was provided: from a cloud like high end mattress and cotton sheets to a coffee machine with pods and cookies to shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. And yes, the place is spotless and Michael was super responsive!

Beautiful place!

The condo was lovely - very well maintained. A lot of great perks and little surprises that made it extra special. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk were perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. The only hiccup in the process was that I was note provided a code for the door in advance, although every communication I recaps I would. Luckily Micheal was very quick to respond and very helpful.

Quiet retreat

I really enjoyed staying here. The neighborhood has a neighborly feel to it, and I liked the put-your-feet-up vibe indoors. Clean and well-provided for. Great communication. I left rejuvenated.

Perfect stay, clean as whistle

This was my third summer booking here. It just feels like home. The location is great as it’s a quick walk to beach. My favorite part of this rental is how clean it is. It’s really immaculate. I will be booking my fourth summer at this spot again because it’s just that great.

Wonderful Experience

Michael’s property is conveniently located in walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. His condo was exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. Michael incudes amenities rarely seen in similar rental properties- it is apparent that he not only takes pride in his condo but ensures his guests are well accommodated. Michael was attentive to our needs by maintaining contact throughout our stay. I would recommend this property without hesitation. andare

Great host. Great location. Immaculate. I was worried but very clean. My only suggestion is on check in day get a lock box for the beach badges or some arrangement because 4pm check in is just very late . Fortunately the host was there so i didnt have to buy daily passes for the beach. So thats my .5 star but overall Excellent

Fantastic

This was our first booking through VRBO and Michael made it very enjoyable. The condo was absolutely perfect for all our needs. With such a short walk to the boardwalk, we were able to park our car the day we arrived and didn’t move it again until the morning we left. The free parking pass (although not needed for our stay) and beach badges (used often) were a nice touch! We also enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella that were provided! If you’re a fan of the Jersey Shore, you’ll enjoy staying here! Thank you for a memorable trip. We will definitely book again if the opportunity presents itself!

Easter break

My husband and I were looking for a quiet get-away over the Easter weekend, and we did. The apartment, while cozy, was certainly big enough for our needs -- and such a convenient location: close to the beach, restaurants, micro-breweries, grocery store, CVS, boardwalk. Even better, its clear that the hosts have gone out of their way to think about what guests might want/need and provide them, amenities in the bathroom allowed us not to have to run out and get something we might have forgotten. The building was very quiet. We felt like we were on an oasis of calm in the midst of busy lives. Michael was a great host -- very responsive. The apartment is indeed quiet small. If we had lots of bad weather it might have felt a bit cramped, but we were fortunate to have some lovely days and were able to make good use of the ease of the beach and boardwalk for long strolls. We also discovered an excellent micro-brewery and a bar/pizza place that had the best pizza we've had in a long time. The apartment was as clean as any I've ever been in. If you are going during the off-season like we did, you might want to bring your own throw-blanket. We'd seen that suggestion and were glad we did. We used the bench at the table as a coffee-table, since it was just the two of us, and it worked perfectly.

Everything was exactly as advertised! Very well maintained, modern space. Convenient location. Comfortable accommodations. It is clear that the host has the experience and professional know-how when it comes to putting together a comfortable, affordable short stay home away from home. Beautiful condo

The unit was very spacious and the layout provided the privacy you want with a one bedroom. Great location to the beach, restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent again. The owner was quick to respond to questions before booking and had a great layout of the rules and amenities when we arrived. I highly recommend this rental!

Exactly as advertised

We had a very nice “off season” stay. Michael was very attentive and the Unit was exactly as described. As an off season stay, a throw blanket for the living room would have been nice. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a clean, comfy spot to see the Jersey Shore! Thank you Michael!

Immaculate, Convenient, and Close to Beach!

I was beyond pleased with my recent stay at Michael's property. I took a trip by myself with my 5 year old daughter and felt very safe at the building. The property is 1 1/2 blocks from the beach/boardwalk. The season passes to the beach were so convenient to have. Upon entry, the property was very clean and decorated beautifully. I truly felt like I was in a high end rental. The property has everything you need from Keurig to soaps/shampoos to beach towels. I will definitely be coming back next summer!
