This was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed the spacious home, the quiet area close to all the fun, and the constant breeze on the rooftop patio. The host was great and the communication when we hit a hiccup was wonderful. We would definitely stay again!

The house was great. Perfect amount of space for the 7 of us. Loved having the upstairs deck. Fantastic location. Never needed the car. Was so convenient to have the off street parking. Everything was in walking distance. Had an issue with the water pressure and temp on the outdoor shower but not enough that we never contacted the owner about it. Would return and recommend!

Perfect location down the shore

The house was perfectly located and close to everything. You could walk to the beach and boards everyday, and walk back to grab some lunch without everyone leaving the beach. The furnishings were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked and enough room that we all weren't oon top.if each other.

Very Nice Clean Shore Souse

This house was amazing! The 3rd floor was great for the kids! The porch was great for the adults! Anytime I had a question or issue, Michael responded within minutes! I locked us out of the house by accident, Michael was great. I felt so bad for bothering him but he had a locksmith out to us within an hour! Great location, could walk anywhere we wanted to go!

Location Location Location

Wonderful location 2 blocks from Casino pier, water park, go carts, putt putt and much more. Wonderful clean house that was perfect for my family of 4 and both of my parents to stay. The extra living space upstairs makes this house great for generational families to stay at and have there own space. Beds where comfortable. Kitchen was great and well stocked and the deck on the roof was amazing for at night and in the morning. My only complaint was not having ESPN or at least basic cable. The only channels where the antenna local channels, not a big deal but would have liked to watch the baseball games. Grill could use updating or a over hall but worked fine for hotdogs and hamburgers. This house is perfect for a shore vacation that would have multiple families or a family with grandparents. Would like to return and would stay again.

Very clean and had everything we needed

Was very happy that the place looked as was pictured. Close enough to the beach and boardwalk, but far enough away as not to be bothered by a lot of noise. Would definitely stay again.

One of the best rental houses

Perfectly cleaned and fairly well stocked. This is a really nice house with areas to have fun, including a 3rd floor deck and game room. Only downside is that the mattresses were too firm and the queen guest bed was overly noisy even just when a normal sized person gets in. Overall, I will be coming back to stay!

Perfect Week

Seaside Perfection

We came back to Seaside for a wedding and family reunion. Being from the west coast we relied heavily on pictures and past reviews. Thankfully those were all accurate and the owners are great! The place was exactly as pictured and very clean. Jorge is a great communicator and I knew if we needed anything we had a point person. The location is also great. If you are looking to being close to the boardwalk, but not right on top of it this place is perfect. Additionally it had plenty of room for us all. Our two teens could escape to the 3rd floor and hang while us adults sat downstairs and talked. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Nostalgia trip

Wonderful house - charming and well appointed. Great location2-3 blocks to boardwalk/ocean. Loved the 3rd floor deck. Also the round table for our card games. Would highly recommend this choice.

Beautiful Home ...Perfect Location!

Such a wonderful surprise to open the door to a clean, updated, beautiful home. We all know how pictures can be deceiving!!! It was a home away from Home.. Kitchen stocked with much needed items, A bathroom on every level and then some! Loft area was perfect hangout for teenagers and their friends. Located 2.5 blocks from Boardwalk/Beach, it was so easy to go back and forth as desired. The house is situated on a quiet street so no being kept up at night! I would highly recommend this home. Home owners were quick to respond to my many questions...that I soon came to realized was all on a bulletin board in the kitchen! Can't say enough wonderful things. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

Beautiful Shore Rental

We had an amazing time at the "Seas the Day" shore house last week. My party had 8 adults & 1 infant and it was absolutely perfect. If we weren't at the beach, we spent most of our time on the 3rd floor deck. The breezes are great and the sunset is so beautiful. We also got a treat when fireworks went off on Wednesday night - perfect views! The house is also extremely immaculate, smells clean once you enter and everything is ready for you in the house. Only thing you bring is groceries & your clothes :) We very much enjoyed our stay here. The only thing I'd say was a bit of a stretch was the distance from the beach, it was a little further than 2 blocks, but definitely manageable. You won't regret your stay!

Pristine Home

Thank you Carla and Jorge for having such a clean, welcoming home. It was our first time in the area and we loved that we were able to walk too everything. The girls loved having the loft to themselves and it was nice for us also! Lol Thank you for all your attention to detail and responding in a timely manner when we had questions.
