The central location on the mid-coast of Maine made for some great day trips to Acadia National Park and Boothbay Botanical Gardens as well as dinner in Camden and Belfast. "My wife, our 5 kids, and I stayed at Alex’s place in August 2024. What a wonderful stay. The location is perfect with a beautiful view of Mt. Battie from the back decks and a very short jaunt into Camden. We used the house as our landing spot to explore the region. The house was exactly as described. It was well stocked with all that we needed to make ourselves at home for the week. Alex is a great host - very responsive and provides very clear directions for check-in and check-out. His...
