"I absolutely loved my stay..Everything i need it was all here from dishes to pots to washer and dryer and even a crib..The crib was definitely a bonus...4 big spacious rooms a bbq grill. I definitely felt at home "

"The house was nice and well kept. The only issue we had is that there was no access to the community pool that was available in the write up. I would also put a disclaimer on the top about not having access to the main refrigerator, especially if you are staying multiple days so a mini fridge will not hold all groceries."

"The property was clean and well stocked with the things you would need. The bed was comfortable. There were a couple issues for the month that I stayed including and issue with the water pressure and a clogged toilet, but they were addressed either that day or within 24 hours. Communication was excellent and very fast, including at 1 in the morning! The only thing that wasn't ideal was that the washer and dryer were in the garage, but that wasn't such a huge deal."

"Over all a nice stay. A couple of things to note, upon arrival there was a hornets nest blocking the door, but they seemed to go away in the evening, the towels were a little on the thin side, along with either the A/C did not change when adjusted, was possibly changed remotely, or maybe was on a timer and went back to 77 at 830pm so it was a bit hot while sleeping. "Really lovely week-long stay at this home in Katy. Very clean, and the check-in process was smooth. The beds were comfortable beds and there was plenty of closet space and hangars. There is a very private, peaceful backyard where we often enjoyed our lunch. It was a real bonus to have a large, late-model washer-dryer for laundry. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend this home. "
