"This home is steps from the beach which was great but the beach is not very clean, the home is right on PCH so there is a lot of traffic noise, the area feels unsafe with a barn door for a front door that is only connected by a loose latch and two small screws. The home smelled like cats. The place was generally dirty - couch, floors, beds (mattress stains). The shower faucet is falling apart. The owners didn’t send an entry code so when we arrived we had to wait outside for quite a while before...

Es seguro, acogedor, me gusta que tiene su lugar de estacionamiento porque así puedes llegar sin preocupaciones. Siempre tuvimos agua caliente y calefacción. Podría mejorar si tuviera más utensilios de cocina, accesorios y productos de limpieza para poder conservar el lugar impecable. Cómo extra que el wifi tenga buena cobertura para todos los espacios y...

"The house is in a great location, walkable to coffee shops and the 4th street restaurants, bars and shops. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in. Lots of seating and a great outdoor area with a grill and spa. Very clean, great basket of snacks and the host was easily reachable and prompt. I would love to stay here again!"

"Cute and clean home in a nice area. It was great having a parking spot behind the fence as well. Check in and checkout were simple. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful outdoor space. Host was great with communication. Feedback to make the home even better: Add a closet for hanging clothes. We were not fans of the sit down shower being the only option. And no water pressure in kitchen, especially the hot water.Thank you for hosting us."

"So much room! Every amenity was provided for. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were immaculate. Perfect water pressure (big deal for me). We cooked breakfast every morning. 5 minutes from the convention center. A place to park off the street was key. The neighborhood reminded me of my own bohemian Tower District in Fresno, which I cherish and adore. So many restaurants. So many happy people. Oh, and there's an amazing beach just a few blocks to the south. Kind of buried the lead on that...

"The house was nice and clean and in a good location. We were very comfortable. Only heads up is the owners/someone else lives in the garage space. We were little confused where the extra noise was coming from at first."
